  1. Try putting the fuse up in the space between barrel and gas tube, maybe a few zip ties, a bit of trail and error, small LiPo nunchuck battery is a possibility too ( have one )
  2. Hi all, Just managed to get one of these strange looking things, anyone have, used or know anyone who has one, would like to know what mag compatibility is like as I have a few G36 mags, which would be best type of battery, plus any info anyone has be great, thanks in advance
  3. Don't forget SRC and WE both do various G36 models
  4. I have two G&G guns which take AK mags, I also have a CYMA, an SRC and two APS AK's, the CYMA and SRC mags fit fine but APS won't click in place,
  5. SRC MP5's have one downside to them, magazine fit, I have two G&G MP5's, an SD type ( brand unknown) plus a metal bodied SRC, plus about 10 various makes of mag inc SRC and G&G, all the mags fit the G&G and unknown perfectly, but when it comes to SRC here's the problem, only SRC ones fit with on problem, others are a very tight fit, I've even sanded down some of mags to get to fit but are still very tight, this just a heads up .
  6. Try a lower battery, I put a 11v I'm my ICS SiG it fired burst , single, full auto on semi and full just stayed as it was, crapped myself as I'd just brought it, put in a7.4 lipo fired fine, then a 9v worked ok,
  7. You can buy a mount and attach it yourself
  8. If it's a blow back gearbox it will have to be a G&G one because of the system they use on top on box, I've tried myself, no blow back will be ok
  9. When you say fully disassemble, I take it you mean removing stock, hand guard, pistol grip, as well as taking receivers apart, four simples steps, as above, remove front pin, to separate receiver halfs, hand guard is removed by un screwing the four Allen screws/bolts, to remove stock tube, first remove stock look down tube locate screw to undo, next up is grip locate the two small screws o bottom undo, remove wires then motor, look down grip to see two screws undo the carefully pull wires through holes, job do, reassembly is reverse
  10. Ask to borrow a batttery from someone, just see if it is just a knackered battery
  11. Yeah can be painted easily if you take them a part
  12. Try combatsouth there located in Wickham
  13. So I'm trawling through the interweb looking for a CA Scar, when I stumble across a WE Scar H which already have on Patrol Base website, so I click on Assualt riffles and come across 2 ASG Brens, price at wait for it £139.99 yes that's right the long barrel and at £149.99 the shorter barrelled version, as I'm always on the look out for airsoft bargains, I could kick myself in the nutz with a pair of toe capped boots on for missing these gems ( sold out ), so,its back to looking for a scar
  14. Have you tried some of the EU countries no VAT, no import fees and possible free shipping just an idea
