  1. An excellent thought. I might decide to run a poll. Haven't decided yet.
  2. If you're still looking for this - I think your best bet will be to look for a PTS EPG (like here: https://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/pts-epg-m4-grip-gbb-dark-earth - you can probably find them cheaper new elsewhere, or hunt for a second hand one) PTS used to make MAGPUL MOE stuff for airsoft but that relationship has long since stopped. The EPG they make nowadays is probably using the same moulds for when they were making MOE grips.

Something smells... fishy. I have for sale a G&G G2010, which is (I believe) G&Gs first replica of the venerable/meme-worthy FN F2000 assault rifle. As such, it has no trademarks for one to coom over. What it DOES have, however, is both the railed upper and Hunter upper (with slightly zoomed in scope). Very cool, and very easy to swap out. I've tested this recently, and it all works fine. However, here are some notes to be aware of: 1. The mag release is fucked. It greedily refuses to let go of any magazine that dare enters it maw without a lot of swearing, yanking, and fiddling. This is probably an easy fix, but I have clubs for hands, so it's not within my ability to sort out. 2. One of the protruding nubs that allow screws to hold the gear box together has been cut off. This is to permit the use of midcaps. I don't know what G&G were thinking at the time. Do current F2000s have this disability? This has never impacted functionality as far as I'm aware. 3. The charging handle on the "Hunter" upper is broken. Unlike in AR platforms, the charging handle on this gun is purely decorative and does nothing, so functionality isn't impacted. However, it annoyed me enough to source, direct from G&G, a replacement charging handle. I never got round to fitting it due to acquiring a girlfriend shortly afterward. This will be included in the whole package. The handle, not the girlfriend. 4. Despite being lucky enough to have both uppers, G&G didn't supply me with a second flash hider, so you'll have to swap the one flash hider to the other upper when required to maintain peak Belgian a e s t h e t i c . 5. BBs go downrange as expected when firing this gun. However, I would recommend whoever buys this to give it a service before using it in a real game, as it hasn't seen a real game in quite some time. 6. It's wired for Deans. 7. It has a QD spring change ability and adjustable FPS by screwing in (or out) some thing in the back of the gearbox. Use this power wisely, my guy. 8. Unlike most 1st gen G2010's, this has a metal plate in the rubber buttstock to stop it from falling off. Again, sourced direct from G&G. 9. It looks like a fish. At least, it does to Welsh people for some reason. So it may re-acquire this nickname if you use it in public. Any questions, let me know. Is the price silly? Make me an offer or report me to Mack's Police Department for being an illegal dreamer. Want more photos? I'll get my camera. Please note that the stated price does not include P&P - that will be determined shortly once I've figured out the best way to ship this thing. If you are in the Cardiff/South Wales area, I'm happy for you to collect or for me to deliver it you personally. This gun looks like CARP , but it's done well by me! Cheers

It's the deal of a lifetime! Got a pair of crap, horrible, AND broken sights here - one is a replica of an Aimpoint M2 with a cantilever mount, the other is some sort of EOTECH in that horrible gold colour that Chinese factories assume matches up well with flat dark earth tones and similar. They are both broken. They do not work. The M2 is also missing it's rear flappy cover. However, this isn't the say that they aren't repairable by someone competent. But that someone isn't me. Or, they could go nicely on a wall hanger if you have one and never intend to use it! Ideally shipping them together, however will consider selling 'em separately. The price for both together is £15. P&P will be calculated at time of purchase but is likely to be £3-4 for RM Tracked 48. I honestly have no idea what to charge for rubbish like this, but I gotta make every dollar I can for the gas and leccy, you know how it is. Is the price ridiculous? Call me out on Macks and we'll talk about it (or you're feeling kind, PM me instead with an offer).

God, it's be great to get a video out of it, but I don't think it's controversial enough. Just another bog standard M4 AEG. Positively boring. Had a little bit of stars-in-me-eyes when I actually met him though. Very cool dude.

Possibly the most gucci bit of kit I own - A real Eagle Industries Plate Carrier in Large/Xtra Large. This is the real deal - The US Military issued thousands of these to SOF operators all over the place, and the build quality is so good that E.I. offered a lifetime warranty on these things. Not pictured but included - extra Multicam pads to be threaded over the shoulder straps of the plate carrier. £150 all in.

  8. Hesitant to bump such an old topic, but if anyone has any recommendations or personal experiences with a tech in South Wales or just across the border, I'd like to hear it. I know of two techs through googling - R.A.T. - Roberts Airsoft Tech in Newport, and Airsoft Cymru - The Depot in Cardiff, but I haven't seen any examples/reviews of their work (and watching a lot of Negative Airsoft has possibly spoiled me. Might try to join his waiting list, but would prefer to give my business to someone local).

Do you need even more MOLLE real estate? Strap some extra to your leg! This is definitely a good idea. Condor brand. So pretty good stuff, certainly more than adequate for airsoft. Originally purchased to mount a quickdraw holster, but this idea never took off due to my terrible luck with GBB pistols. £13 plus P&P.

This is a very GWOT piece of kit - A genuine Camelback Thermobak in Multicam of the earlier iteration (the design has been updated since those heady days of hunting Saddam and Bin Laden) and in great condition. Strap it to your bacc and SIPP. Note, this is for the carrier only and is priced accordingly. You do NOT want the actual 3L hydration reservoir that came with this thing. It was very manky on the inside and beyond saving. I would recommend looking to buying a fresh 3-litre Camelbak-branded reservoir to install. (And a cleaning kit so you don't end up drinking cholera). *Price dropped* - £25 plus P&P.

Two custom-made dual M4 mag pouches by some guy on the long defunct MulticamAddict forums - back in the days when things made of genuine Multicam material was difficult to get hold of. Difficult to imagine I know! The same chap also made this for me: https://airsoft-forums.uk/classifieds/item/31228-custom-blastbattle-belt-sleeve-multicam/ and I can attest to the excellent build quality of his work. This is not cheap Chinese tat. These pouches are built to last, in great condition, and will serve you well. Can fit 2 M16/M4 mags (USGI and PMAG) comfortably per pouch, with adjustable bungee cords to aid retention. Attaches to MOLLE/PALS webbing. *Price drop* - £30 plus P&P

Good helmet. Very sexy. Impulse buy from Wolf Armouries I think, but never used much due to my disdain for the "speshul farces oPeRaToR" look. I much prefer looking like a smelly grunt, armoured up to the nines. This is a replica of an Ops Core FAST Helmet, the proper ballistic version without those stupid holes in the top like a skater helmet. It has velcro real estate so you can put far too many gaudy patches on it. It has that lush Ops Core-style chin strap that is super neat and easy to adjust perfectly to your face. It's got side rails for your various side devices. It's got an NVG mount so you now have an excuse to spend thousands on night vision for a game using toy guns! It's a "high-cut" helmet so you can wear your overly bassy Beats by Dre headphones if you're so inclined. It has bungee cords on the front so you can... I actually don't know what they're for, but better to have than not, right? It really does have it all, and in great condition too (a few minor scuffs observable right up close - have a look at the pictures). *Price drop* - £60 plus P&P

God this takes me back. This is a blast/frag/battle belt sleeve that is one of a kind - it was a custom job completed by a guy on the old MulticamAddict forums (RIP). Back in those days everybody wanted kit from him; I suppose this was because Multicam was only just becoming in vogue at that point and kit made in genuine MC material was hard to find. I cannot remember the chap's name or his internet handle. I wish I did. If anybody knows who I'm talking about send me a DM. Anyways, this is a modular battle belt sleeve, in awesome condition and built super tough. You need to thread a regular belt through it, but once you do, you'll have even more MOLLE real estate that you'll know what to do with. Pairs well with a plate carrier for that "high speed / low drag" operator look (which was the default back in the those days. And now. And probably well into the future. How little things change). Has a firm, springy mesh on the inside to help with breathability or something. If I recall correctly, the lead time on this project was ages because the guy I commissioned had trouble getting hold of THIS material, not the Multicam! 3 modular T bars with D Rings included as extras. *Price drop* - £40 plus P&P.

Suppressed by the enemy team AND needing to get your taxes done yesterday? Then this pouch is for you. Can store all sorts of admin-y things, and has plenty of velcro on the front for patches and stuff. Multicam variants of this particular pouch are quite rare nowadays. Eagle Industries brand, so top-notch milspec build quality aimed at people who do the real thing. Usually placed on the front upper middle of your vest. Would pair splendidly with my E.I. Plate Carrier as seen here! >>> £11 plus P&P.

This is yet another very GWOT piece of kit - A genuine TAG Assault Pack in Multicam and in great condition. TAG calls this a "Mini combat sustainment pack" nowadays and has since changed the design, so I can't even be sure what the right name for this thing is (that info is lost to time with the demise of the multicamaddict forums . I'm not crying you're crying.) It looks similar to the Cargo Packs offered by Warrior Assault Systems. Regardless, it's a great bit of kit, giving you just the right amount of extra carrying capacity whilst being very low profile. Milspec too, so the build quality is bombproof. Note, this uses MOLLE straps to attach to the back of a plate carrier or similar. There are no regular straps; you cannot wear this as a standalone rucksack! *Price drop* - £40 plus P&P.

You can make big dumps (of empty mags and stuff) in this pouch. Strap it firmly to your leg and dump in it all day. Condor brand. So pretty good stuff, certainly more than adequate for airsoft. This has more of a 3D shape to it than a simple bag-like roll-up dump pouch. Has an coverable slot in the top lined with elastic material to better keep dirt out. Dump today for just £17 plus P&P.

Dummy SAPI plates! Medium sized! In virtually new condition as they've been safely ensconced in a plate carrier for many years. They are literally just shaped plastic and hollow on the inside, so incredibly light and nothing to go wrong. YMMV as to if they'll fit your plate carrier, so you should check before buying. However, the SAPI-shape is pretty standard for Western kit, so you should be good. One plate for the front, another for the back, and two smaller plates for your sides. These will easily enhance any carrier's protection against felt BBs - you will feel next-to-nothing. Make sure you call your hits when wearing. £12 plus P&P

Magpul-style front and rear MBUS flip-up iron sights in olive drab green. Purchased from Italy whilst drunk and never used. This is *almost certainly* a clone of the real thing (and thus priced as such), and has the same markings (but not as sharply defined as RS or PTS-made ones). Be warned, the tolerances must've been off at the factory on the day these were made, as one of the sights is slightly too small to go on a RIS rail easily. You can push it on with a good bit of force. Maybe scream a bit whilst you're doing it, that'll help. (Let me know if you want me to recheck this aspect before sending.) £8 plus P&P

  23. Cheers. I think I'd rather get the Mk1 as there is nothing to change out (correct lower handguard, correct stock, correct barrel length). Just need to know if adding a Mk2 top heatshield would be an easy job or if it would require, say, the services of a tech.
  24. Hi guys, I'm looking to buy an M249 to complete my JGSDF impression. Here is a RS example: Googling around, it seems the closest airsoft equivalent to real JSDF Minimi's are Mk1 M249s (like from Specna Arms, where the stock and lower handguard match), but with the top heatshield from the Mk2? Might it be as simple as obtaining a Mk2 top heatshield as a spare part and slapping it on? Example of an airsoft Mk1 M249: Any from current Minimi owners as to how feasible this is would be appreciated.
