  1. I think the type of site you play at will have an impact too, I mainly play cqb and can get by on 3 real caps or less in an average game. In woodland id likely use a fair bit more.

    Best bbs?

Mainly because just bb guns sells them. They're probably just a rebrand of others to be honest but suffer from that stigma. I wouldn't personally use them to be on the safe side, I prefer to stick to tried and tested named brands but I've seen people use then without issue. Not for me though.
  3. I had a similar issue with my ICS AK hicap, threw it against a tree and bob's your uncle.

He's internet famous, he must be right. Im surprised that any other site I've ever heard of or have been to allow the use of blasters as they're so dangerous, and also surprised that ASG market them as airsoft bbs if they are in fact not made for airsoft.

Would love to know which nutter made that rule lol, what an idiot.
  6. Anyone else considering one of those EDD bfgs?

You are right that it is just noise, but some sites might take issue with the notion of live blanks being chucked about and left sitting there, even though I should think there's little chance of an accidental detonation from one in the mag.

There's that risk from all bfgs though, there's stories of all types not going off. I've had an oshiboom for example chucked into a room I've been in and not go off.

There's only one firing pin so once the first round has been used it's safe anyway. There's also a secondary "transit pin" that can be used to make the grenade completely safe when in transit between games. I'm intrigued but as with all things Incentive it's not cheap - £115 preorder at the minute!

That's pretty much true. People don't like certain brands etc based on a few experiences and bad batches, in reality the majority of them are largely the same.
  8. Low caps or mids, reloading is more fun than winding. It's more satisfying playing with less in my opinion.
  9. Sitting duck his local shop isn't fire support. @OP, Assuming you're talking about combat south, you're in good hands. ICS is a good starting point for a new players, I've got one of their mp5s that's been going well for over 5 years, it must have had hundreds of thousands of rounds through it and have only swapped the inner barrel, can't really fault it.
  10. An emerson ubacs in kryptek, doesn't say which one but looks like highlander? Although a bit more green than there's supposed to be, but its only cheap so not too bothered.
  11. Looks like one of the older noveske rails.
  12. Nice but still pretty basic. Their stuff like the msr, AW. 338, pgm and DSR would have been better choices lol heck even the KAC lmg would've been a good choice. More of a wow factor.
  13. Ares really have made some very nice guns aesthetically but that really isn't one of the ones to prove the point
  14. For that money you could get a tm recoil
  15. Looks like pts are making a unity tactical fusion set which is good, saves having to buy a real one lol

Just looked them up, happy to see this cos I really like the idea and getting the light out as far as possible :) Hope it won't be too expensive though

  16. It's generally agreed upon that the optimum barrel length for Vsr systems is around 430-455mm so going a bit longer won't hurt, and it could quite likely solve the suppressor issue so worth a shot imo.
  17. Like Mack says; eye protection, boots and face mask. In that order.
  18. I have a feeling you have to make a few posts first. Or maybe that's another forum lol.
  19. Bios still take a very long time to disappear.
  20. No more explaining than anyone else, once it's all explained the chances are they'd want to have a good look at them.
  21. Cheers Mack, looks like you're on the money
  22. As title says, any idea who this guy is? Judging by the kit he's USSF of some kind- I'm assuming the rifle is his own or something, I'm not aware of any of them being issued CMRs... Thanks for any suggestions
  23. Not sure to be honest, I change my mind every few weeks lol, probably a TM 417 right now but I intend on getting one soon anyway
  24. Yeah I kind of like it now, didn't hugely at first apart from mandrake but have recently taken a liking to it. I probably won't ever wear a full set as I pretty much decided to just mix camps from now on but will need to get some bdus in some of the patterns at some point soon.
