  1. Yes they are worth it, but only if you're in the small group oft players who wants to use one. To most they're too impractical so it's worth making sure It's something you want.

  3. They're not made for airsofting so It's not a massive surprise. Give ESS glasses a go, you can drive over them or fire a shotgun at them and they won't let anything through.
  4. DaDaytonagun have closed down.
  5. Sounds about par for one of the bigger sites to be honest.
  6. A real one won't fit an aeg but from what others have said you could be alright.
  7. Pretty sure a real magpul stock will be lose on the buffer tube- AEG spec stocks aren't wide enough for real steal spec gbbrs, so I'd assume a real one won't fit an aeg.
  8. No, they're not ris mounted, will only got g36 variants.
  9. I got five pairs, bit disappointed as it was less than last year though
  10. +1, it's literally throwing money away. The viper ones I've used are particularly bad.
  11. Get a gas one, better performance and will work in the cold if you get the right one. Less disappointing to shoot too.
  12. G&g ones tend to look a bit crap like that probably just one that's slightly worse done.
  13. If you have resources then you're a potential target though, you'd have to defend your food source etc. That's for their own protection more than anything. In such a situation you'd have to look out for yourself first and foremost. It seems crazier to us that they have guns so readily but then they sell firearms in their equivalent of Tesco over there so it's not such a surprise.
  14. Trust me it's as good as if not better than a 249. In airsoft they all shoot pretty much the same, being lighter and smaller is an advantage, an m249 is only better in that it looks the part
  15. About time lol by far better than the alternatives
  16. If you do a 2 second trigger pull and it fires 7 or 8 rounds then it can't be 20 or 25 rps.
  17. You do realise that 4rps is considered pretty slow?
  18. I watched the national Geographic series on peppers, was quite interesting, especially the way different people went about it. Then the stereotypical American guy shot his own finger off lol.
  19. Yeah it's something like that, I took it apart to find out but that was over a year ago so can't quite remember lol
  20. It's a common thing, same on mine and all the others I've held when I was unsure
  21. The only alternative would be to have some kind of mechanism like the TM l96 or Ares sniper rifles to force the bbs further forward in the gun which as we all know is a bit crap, it's not ideal but making a gearbox that's like 3 inches long isn't realistic not matter how high the cost. Pretty sure this is the issue that stopped the real magpul pdr being made too. They could have cover the base of the mag better I guess but as it's a fictional rifle that isn't limited by real design constraints then it's not surprising that there is a compromise.
