@Enid_Puceflange playing Devils advocate here........ If you was actually dead and was indeed walking back to spawn and someone hosed you down would you be pissed off/kick off/moan to marshalls ?? You would only pull that one once with me as I would “trip-tap” you any time I saw you in the game zone

Not 100% sure about up north but in England T3 is as follows pertaining to us (from my understanding) At a minimum, this means: > you must not socialise with anybody you do not live with or have formed a support bubble with, in any indoor setting or in any private garden or at most outdoor hospitality venues and ticketed events > you must not socialise in a group of more than 6 in an outdoor public space such as a park or beach, the countryside, a public garden or a sports venue > you should try to avoid travelling outside the very high alert level area you are in or entering a very high alert level area, other than for things like work, education or youth services, to meet caring responsibilities or if you are travelling through as part of a longer journey > you should avoid staying overnight in another part of the UK if you are resident in a very high alert level area, or avoid staying overnight in a very high alert level area if you are resident elsewhere So it means for me that I can’t go to any site that’s in a zone that it’s T3 if I don’t live within it and if I do live within the zone it’s 6 persons max. Which means I wouldn’t be allowed to head to say anything within Nottinghamshire or stay over as I don’t live within Nottinghamshire - that’s before I even think about playing at a site......

tier 3 has these (amomgst others)
You can meet up in groups of up to six people in parks, beaches, countryside or forests
You are advised not to travel into or out of tier three areas, other than for work, education, youth services or caring responsibilities
Nottingham (shire) is also having a 9pm alcohol rule too
So it’s not looking good for anyone in Nottinghamshire

So Mr stupidboi stood on his MK23 silencer with his hoofs of doom - a replacement is needed I see the silverback one is sold out everywhere - I know this question might offend some but is the “N” one any good ? Or anyone offer up a half decent replacement??

I'm afraid not. It was just some generic plastic one, probably pick one up for £15-£20. The beauty of the adapter is that you can just select whatever takes your fancy/is available. You can also take a slightly different route as Lee's Precision does a threaded 14mm barrel, but it's about £40, which is a relatively expensive way of achieving the same result.

AAP-01 arrived early doors - seems to fire well but haven’t had much time to mess about with - Yes the manual is in “French” - any translators about ^^

I bought a AAP-01 for 75£ from PB this evening (soon as I got the email really) - coming Friday /edit just looked on PB for optional extras but the guns all sold out in all colour options

Interesting comment from the reply, I was watching a YouTube vid and he was complaining he couldn’t connect to the device AKASTATEN is the guys name @ 2:38 and tbh the image quality wasn’t overly impressive either. I wonder if the 4K version suffers the same breaking issue ?

I agree on that I never buy anything on first sight/a whim I usually spend ages over pulling thr trigger on anything over £50 but remember the old adage “If something seems too good to be true, it probably is not.” if you haven’t sent it back yet any chance you pop the lens cover and see what the lens/sensor is ? I’m intrigued on the bad quality of the video

Just going on what I can see on your image your does look a lighter colour than ones I’ve seen in person but that could be due to lighting and the plastic does seem to be a different texture but again that could be the image quantity/lighting. Two “seemingly” different Amazon sellers for £80-ish the glaring thing that pop up is at the bottom of both of the Amazon description is a known thing when getting a cheap Chinese knock offs Note:1.Due to the difference between different monitors,the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item. We guarantee the style is the same as shown in the pictures.2.Due to the manual measurement and different measurement methods, please allow 1-3mm deviation.Thanks! I know when I was looking for a scope shade to fit my scope where all Chinese ones with 1-3mm variance, any time people are pre-warning of a 3mm difference in a product that is injection moulded does ring those bells of worry and with the fact you say the quality of the recordings and the plastic broke with you just looking at it when attaching does seem to back up. Sometimes cheaper isn’t always better

Yea I saw those on Amazon - look like very good Chinese rebrands (9iMod) and I’m not a personal fan of eBay unless it’s for a 2nd hand door or window and for the extra 10-15 quid I would go direct to Runcam or buy from Skirmshop or a very reputable company who have good customer support and return policies. usually I’m the “owt for nowt” kinda guy but when it’s something over £X then it’s direct only

@snuff Who/where did you but it from? Was the packaging sealed and un-damaged? £80 for a Runcam lite does seem rather cheap - I couldn’t find one for less than £96+delivery It’s interesting that you found the quality on the poor side - everyone seems to rave about it, I wonder if it’s a rebadged asian knockoff ?

@Hudson All sorted !! After stripping it all down and remember that white peg I was asking about yesterday ?? Well it wasn’t tight enough got that sorted had a nice seal and was firing around the 460-465 mark then I tweaked the hop-up a little and it went 472-475 - don’t have any screenies as I did a firmware update when it popped up and I lost everything and now it’s tipping it down so can’t get back out. But if it’s nice tomorrow evening I’ll try again and get some numbers for both .2 and .4 /cheers for the pointers

@Hudson Ok I striped that down to trigger/upper/cylinder when I fire I can hear a kind of “faint bubbling” inside of the cylinder - sounds like air is coming out of the middle/back of the cylinder nothing seems to be coming from the nozzle

@Hudson cheers bud I’ll take a peak for the leak - should I lube the outer cylinder to make the pull a little smoother ?

Ok done the install - wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be - just really took my time. I did some Chrono on .2’s and .4’s I haven’t adjusted the hop yet - just wanted to see what was what - there’s some variation in FPS tho ( I had changed to .4’s on the chrono just forgot to change it on the app but the numbers match the chrono) with the variations is that a air leak or just a bedding in thing ? Also the mags a little stiff getting it in - any reasons for that ?

Do I keep this screwed in or take it off ? lots of pistons don’t seem to have that solid peg (it’s not a nozzle)
