      Looks a useful piece of kit.  As an RPK owner I watched this with some interest!

       

      I have a side mounted Weaver rail on mine at the mo.  May go for something like this though now.

      I never use my high-caps any more, sticking only to mids or (rarely) real-cap. I don't like having to wind my mags constantly and I quite enjoy the act of reloading in the field. With high caps I'm too tempted to just hold down the trigger rather than placing careful single shots.

      I have always run mid-caps as reloading / going Winchester is always fun and keeps you on your toes! I have kept the AK hi-cap as it came with the gnu and it does as a loaner for n00bs.

      Now I run a GBBR most of the time I am limited to 35rds, but in CQB games I rarely empty 3 mags even in heavy firefights. Pick your shots, know what you have a good chance of hitting and try to keep count :)
