  1. If you are not limited to real world dmr's mtw is brilliant and you can have and air or co2 stock. very quiet with a suppressor. Completely souless and boring but functionally brilliant as a dmr.
  2. Exactly if it works it works and that's it.
  3. This is the thing, good aeg dmr's are expensive to build. And to be honest if you want a dmr by the time you've dumped a shit load of money in it and the life span you get out an aeg dmr you might as well have done some sort of hpa build.
  4. I don't see the issue. Yes stupid gun to start a dmr project from stock but the dmr'ing has already been started by the sounds of it. The real thing to consider is what's gone into it already and what is the current owner asking for it?
  5. TM Aug hi cycle would be perfect.
  6. You have the dor though right? Different animal.
  7. Sounds bastardised already. What you trying to achieve? Some sites won't except it as a dmr as a good few stipulate they have to be equivalents or real dmr's.
  8. TM Capas are fine on green all year round. Colder times you can up it to higher pressure gasses.
  9. 144 is a lower pressure gas. If you are shooting rapidly it's probably suffering a little cool down. Are you also outside or in the warm?
  10. In my experience and a few other people I spoke to it dropped FPS and efficiency.
  11. My mate Dave is a tech stickler and has winced many a time at my methods and non-gun parts I've stuck in guns to make them work again. It makes me proud😃.
  12. One thing that may help is if you get the m45 mags as they have a fractionally bigger reservoir design. Not much but more is more as they say.
  13. Lexan is a common well regarded brand. Personally I'd be inclined to use something that's an actual protective goggle lens that already has a close enough curve .
  14. As a pistol player I much prefer to use standard size green gas mags. A good gbb pistol will work well on green and most are capable of rapping off shots relatively quickly. Personally I prefer the freedom of not being tethered to a line and a massive bottle on my person or having a big stupid unwieldy mag of some sort.
  15. You need Polycarbonate. You want a stock Polycarbonate lens large enough to cut down to size. The other issue is the curvature. It goes flat to curve to flat uncommon shape in most lenses.
  16. Any 1911/2011 has a relatively good trigger with a short reset and most whom like that sort of hpa speed soft thing use 2011's. I imagine it's that rather than a binary trigger.
  17. Might be possible on an electric pistol but no gbb or nbb pistols are made to or have any aftermarket ways to do that. There's a few with 3rnd burst but they are mainly collectables.
  18. Aye I agree, they are not the best. Just the most cost effective frame off the top of my head. There are probably better dual pane goggles out there you can apply this setup too but probably more expensive.
  19. What I meant was you can hook up the mask onto the goggles to make a one piece setup. Larger style goggles tend to be ideal as you can use the vents on the bottom to attach to. Just need a little shaping to get a more natural fit and contour the goggles properly. https://www.instagram.com/tv/CQgvp7gqIlt/?utm_medium=copy_link
  20. I'd get one of the one tigris small size mesh lowers and attach it to a goggle of your choice . If you want something with a thermal lens maybe something like the pyramex v2g. Be a hell of a lot less bulky than a pb mask and a better cheek weld.
  21. I fitted Polycarbonate lenses in an s6 before. Long time ago though so can't remember specifics but its definitely doable should you want to torcher yourself.
  22. Shouldn't need to do anything, until it breaks. By reputation will be sooner than later, then if something goes replace the part. Lots spend on different springs and the new cool kid brand buffers for short stroking. I always used a piece of fish tank hose and cut down the stock spring it works just the same.
