TM standard, but I may have used something else (tilting) metal later. But would not remember what. Always ran well though. Was a good 10ish years ago though so may have changed in that period.

I had the nighthawk one years ago never had issues with it.

Gbb pistols all the way. A good game should take as little rounds as possible. Satisfaction guaranteed.
-
Is how TM refer to them. As a connoisseur of this creaky old junk I found it easier to source them on searches😁.

Last I found was pro Airsoft supplies. But no longer listed, not easy to find. I have a whole TM aircocking M16 I could possibly spare.

Ok not likely to go in the insert. lenses tend to be smaller than frame lenses.
-
Inserts are specific to the model. Sometimes will work over multiple models. What are the inserts you currently have made for?

Can't go wrong with the original 2g Dyno.

I was advertised this on my FB feed the other day 12" serrated, with a hole and a brightly coloured handle. Probably cheaper sharper and better quality than a "zombie knife"😂. Ban it.

Rather be -£ and no patch than rep that.

Great gun go for it.

If you want something with recoil and hpa there's the tipman guns failing that a Daytona but that's an old system.

Using/fitting a torch to a pump action shotgun

Bolt a bit of rail to the pump would be my solution. What I did with my old m3. -
Looks like a yeet cannon 😊

I'm glad you're not my mum 🤣

I'm on the Airsoft trade board, was posted there. Pretty sure the poster would have made sure before putting the notice out.

The continuing travails of a returning airsofter.
heroshark replied to GraniteFraggle's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
I've had a few Tanaka revolvers over the years and skirmished them. As said DA is always iffier on all Airsoft revolvers and always better used SA if only for a short crisp trigger break. Some shot terribly but others have been pretty good. One thing to note all recent ones are not like the old ones with crazy high FPS as they are all made with smaller gas outlets in the cylinder. In fact they are often a bit wimpy. I've tuned all my modern ones by drilling it out to increase the flow. -
Stay low and get as close as you can.
-
May also find your hop needs a tweak anyway depending on how warm/cold it is and what gas you are running and what weight you settle on.
-
I go .28 in all my ordinary sub 350fps skirmish guns. Keeps things simple and it's a happy average of price and overall performance. There's little difference in speed to target against lighter ammo because it keeps it's velocity for longer over range.

Hello, I'm back (after a decade away!)
heroshark replied to GraniteFraggle's topic in New Players & Arrivals
Ah yes haven't looked on in years. Like an ancient archive there now when I last looked 😄. Welcome back to fold. -

Old school. What was your Arnie's handle? -
I had some lovely WA's😪 It's the only rifle I would consider using apart from maybe a ghk G5 with the current G5 mags. They just work. Feed em black gas in extreme cold and your good to go. Same with most the newer tm gbbp's. Mainly went with the mws for it's reputation and old school aesthetic. Got 20rnd mags for it too now.
