  1. you really want to go to an airgun forum for this.
  2. Have you tried with another brand of mags and different BBs. Make sure it's not them before cutting anything up.
  3. You should look to see what a rusted out late 60s Chrysler B body car are selling for. Some people are basically paying minimum 3k for a vin plate you maybe will have a couple hundred worth of useable parts everything else needs to be replaced practically building a car from scratch.
  4. Former civil servant I am well aware what HMRC can do if the mood takes it.

If you are just going to be target shooting you may want to look at air pistols rather than Airsoft. There are lots of air pistols which are basically the same as the Airsoft version just in 4.5mm rather than 6mm.
  6. Its more if they get shitty and send the police around between me and my flat mate we have an arsenal and can't prove where most of it came from as in pre vcra purchases.
  7. Just got a phone call from UPS asking to fill in firearms declaration. We shall see what happens now. My UKARA is in date and was plastered on the out side of the box.
  8. All we can do is pray nobody ever does something incredibly stupid and there is finally a test case as I think we will all be screwed. To Add calibre is clutching at straws there are multiple pistols that are made in several different calibres that you would need to know what you are looking at to tell if it's 45, 40, 10mm 9mm .22 and that's just 1911s
  9. There was two services one was meant to be faster so I took the cheaper option as it was never going to be fast. £23.40 for a 2.4kg 1.2 by .4m box. People may have got confused but total order was £456.00
  10. there were several live fire versions manufactured for the film( several live fire pulse rifles have been built buy American gunsmiths in the last few years). that goes for a lot of sci fi films and series. Does the replica have to be of a massed produced gun and if there is only one real fire arm does it not class as a RIF? That brings up the question does an Airsoft pistol carbine kit fitted with a pistol count as a RIF as there now a casing disguising it origin and therefore not based on a real fire arm?
  11. fat middle age man in plastic armour carrying a pulse rifle inside a con at least 3 adults (general public just bring their kids along) every con will ask am i in the army and is the gun real.
  12. A few hours late but apparently I have guns to open when get home. 6 days door to door
  13. It is based on a real fire arm though. personally wouldn't want to risk it. Having been round the con scene for over a decade there are cosplayers with no sense what so ever. Regularly seen people traveling to/ leaving cons while openly carrying weapons out side the venue. Couple years back someone almost got themselves in a lot of trouble walking to the train station in full riot gear with a "blood smeared" shield and an SMG strapped to his leg. Con organisers caught up to him before anything went south but he never understood what he did wrong.
  14. So utter shocker here. Ordered from Gunfire on the 8th UPS only shipping option. Collected from gunfire on the 12th and according to UPS tracking out for delivery. That was two rifles and some parts.
  15. yes but op will come across less people they can legally sell to. I am a colonial Marine cosplayer a few of my group have signed pulse rifles (personally don't go in for it) to be morbid this would be worth money if it was Bill Paxton rather than Michael Biehn . He charges £30/40ish for a signature and gun fire has pulse rifles for £184.00 so maybe get £200 for it. you might have luck selling it internationally you have the replica prop forum, the Aliens legacy forum
  16. check with the site you intend to play at a lot of sites have there own supply and may have restriction on bio or not also quiet a few paces ban blasters for shattering. weight wise 0.25 for pistols and .28 for AEGs but that depends on the gun some AEGs will be happier with lighter BBs.
  17. You can just makes it hard to remove the motor as you'll have to de-solder it every time. I would see if you can get parts 1st then worse case you can solder it directly.
  18. Did not know WE made a Para however just dropped £230 on the TM 5.1s, the WE is out of stock and it's a WE Hi Capa. which unless they made Interstellar leaps in quality is second only to a WE 1911 as being the worst gun I have ever fired. So other than sell good guns to get bad guns or rarer than rocking horse poo guns anyone got some advice on painting the Hi Capas?
  19. No one makes paras any more WA come up second hand but only once in a blue moon
  20. Check an RC car shop see if they have have replacement contacts rather than binning a otherwise functioning motor?
  21. The cynical part of me says it will be exactly the same ammo as BLS sells under its own brand.
  22. So currently got a pair of stainless Hi Capa 5.1s that I want to make into para ordances type pistols. I have switched out the grips for Guarder ones with the rounded trigger guards. I am looking for recommendations for stainless steel effect paints for the grips and a hard wearing clear coat to protect the finish that's fairly idiot proof to used.
  23. Which brand of MP7, self build or tech, age, usage and photos?
