  1. Parcel force 24 is fine and royal mail now take RIF but the insurance won't cover them
  2. This is the model we are stuck with. Airsofters bitch about greens as it is none of them would be willing to pay what it would cost to have a fully staffed up Airsoft site.
  3. It's mechanical then same as any other TM 1911 (except the later generation models but still some parts are useable) with out the rail the gun just looks like a short 1911 with a couple of holes in frame.
  4. Most Airsoft marshals aren't working for anyone. They are generally volunteers who get reimbursed travel expenses. The whole data security and employee issues would make running body cams legitimately and nightmare.

  7. i have a real steel folding stock i will be trying to remount it.
  8. FCW Mini 14 Shells Ejection AEG (Shoot BB) (Early May Delivery) | Octagon Airsoft It's a cheap AEG shell ejector but I will be buying one.
  9. I wish Airsoft companies would stop producing ARish none guns ( LevAR 15 is at least based on a real gun). I want airsoft companies to produce replicas of real guns (gas Spas 12 somebody pleas?) or at the least iconic Sci Fi guns.
  10. Never seen anything in writing but considering UKARA has to be renewed annually with in 12 months would seem the max.
  11. As others have said they don't check. there maybe buyers on here with perfect records who have never set foot on a site or not played in years. The chances of a prosecution happening are astoundingly low but sooner or latter it will happen. some one will sell to a brainless fuckwit who will point a RIF at a member of public and when they are arrested you bet they will squeal who the sold it to them. Don't know about every one else but having my life ruined over a toy gun is not worth the risk.
  12. So am I like the only person that actually asks for proof of defense for the stuff i sell? Also how is this thread still going. Just Cos goes against the the defense that was hard won and completely undermines the airsoft industry's ability to prove it can self regulate by selling RIFs to anyone and is a wonderful piece of ammunition for any pollical group who feel the need to go after airsoft.
  13. Just after I started playing so maybe 19 had to catch a train as no car or lift, some rando asked what instrument I was carrying in my bag (M16A2) had to bullshit about being a musician for 10 minutes because I didn't want to have to explain airsoft and too timid/polite to tell him to bugger off.
  14. Umbrella corp patches? Those lot appear to be fairly special. Anime kids walking around with swords is not quite as bad. Party of me admired their confidence to go around in public in costume I always changed at the venue.
  15. Sick of trying to get my ender 5 pro to level (will be selling shortly) anyone have experience with the meant to be plug and play models like the Creality K1 or Flashforge adventurer 5m pro?
  16. Reminds of the Glasgow cosplayer who didn't see the issue walking around outside the convention in full riot gear with a blood splattered riot shield and a very easy to see MP7 strapped to his leg,in general Cosplayers have less common sense than airsofters. So basically fuck all.
  17. So most likely you are out under the Forts public liability insurance if that means anything.
  18. fencing as a completive sport is done indoors where as airsoft is quiet often played outers where there is tree branches tall grass, knocking into structures and weather such as rain. Any suits sensors would be going off every other second.
  19. on site fees vary but £25 is a good mean. BBs £12 to £20 depending on type and be generous say use only half a bottle a game so £10 and say £10 travel costs so per game day £45 so if you are a regular at one site £90 a month. that's minimum so if you play twice a month for a year thats a £1080.00. That doesn't include heavy bb usage, smokes/bang bangs, food, wear and tear no boots/BDUs/eye pro/batteries.
  20. The UK has never had a massive gun culture, There is a limited number of people who want to play, it's an expensive hobby, which is made more difficult if you don't have access to private transport. Land is at a premium in UK so any site is under constant threat of redevelopment. Also Airsoft is not particularly profitable despite what people think site owners aren't snorting coke off hookers for most this is a part time gig that barely pays for it self and even if they wanted to make their sites more profitable building regs and business rates make that none viable. Airsoft is a twilight industry in the UK and with things the way they are most site owners are just trying to stay a float let alone expand.
  21. Also deeply ironic considering a former employee of said shop was involved in getting airsoft a defense in the 1st place,
  22. This post is over a year old and the OP hasn't been on line since 2days after the post.
  23. Reported as well. being set on fire isn't enough for that wee shite.
  24. Anything to do with firing mechanism and or pressure baring parts in a real firearm is restricted so i could see making triggers could get you in hot water if the police were looking to boost arrest statistics.
