If it will actually work for more than 5 minutes now, this is my new DMR. Upgraded G&G TR16 308 MBR with a vortex spitfire 4x scope.

Only ever worked on their m60, and while its bad it's very amenable to being tdc'd with minimal effort.
 
 
Both fair points, after all i use my 10" m4 carbine more like a sniper rifle than a door kicker.
 
I suppose i can talk, i have meddled with mg hops before, mostly for reason 2.

The A&K Hop unit is notoriously bad. Its like they have never seen a hop unit and have no idea how it works beyond what someone told them at a drunken dinner. It's why I replaced mine! 

With the Borg on this , do agree don’t really see the point of a support weapon if it’s not being run AS a support weapon ! (Unless it’s my chainsaw , now that’s for shits’n’giggles no matter what the game !) my support gun has been up-graded , but that’s only due to it being an A&K !😂
when I do run it i always mix the ammo in it (.2’s/.25’s/.28’s and few .3’s) so I get a nice spread when laying down suppressing fire on the field.

Posted I appraisals, gets honest advice. Ignores and has hissy fit. Overpriced anyway.

I kind of feel for the guy, he's likely put a lot of time and money into making the perfect custom toy gnu for him.
 
However, he may be missing the point that one man's dream custom is another's nightmare Frankengun.
 
To my eyes, that's just another heavy lump of a thing that will perform the function of the "support gunner" imaginary role every bit as well as any plastic AEG with a box mag and a heavy trigger finger.
 
Motor, barrel, hop unit and rubber are upgrades. A pistol grip and a 3D printed buffer tube are not.  I'm particularly amused by buying a TruSight rubber ("capable of operating in -50C to +230C" 🙄 ) that comes with its own magical concave nub, then also buying a Maple Leaf nub.
 
The value is entirely dependent on finding someone who wants exactly that toy, with exactly those parts on it.  I wish the seller the best of luck with that.

It already has 455mm barrel, so making gun longer is not too necessary. Anyway, silencer may be installed to cover longer barrel, but threaded part for it can not be printed, only machined =(
I'm designing my new project now, so I'll consider designing longer version too 👍

Think I'd like to see a slightly longer dmr/sniper variant ?

Airsoft electric gun with custom 3d printed gearbox. Uses TM-compatible parts for gearbox v3 and m-series mags. Barrel length 455 mm. For extra toughness of construction used 10x20 mm alluminium channels. Gearbox tested with 148 m/s (487fps) output and works well.

same could be said for the L1A1, serious amount of interest, 2 companies (?) have made them, neither of which have been perfect, & neither what you would call cheap either, yet the limited production runs always sell out.

Bout time TM stepped up & gave us the definitive recoil SLR.
I've resisted TM recoils, mainly cos their nearly all AR platforms in an already overpopulated AR market, but an old skool 7.62 platform recoil, something long, slr, g3, m14, I'd be all over that like a tramp on chips lol.

seems like he's wants "us" to pay for all his upgrade costs, even if his choice of upgrades is dubious & probably unnecessary, & hopes the scarcity of type 56's will blind us to the fact.

P226 grip screws for my TM M9, same length thread just larger heads. I lost a grip screw at the GI weekender. 
 
Combat Union SVD/SVU hop unit and nozzle set. Didn't even know they made these! Very new product, stunning quality and it's going in my cheap and nasty Cyma SVU. Couldn't find a RS SVD nozzle either so it's a bonus!
 

 
ASG Blaster Tracers in the new .28 weight. Tracer bbs have been scarce in the UK since the ASG changed bottle types so it's good to get these in.
 
Lastly and most importantly... my own Xcortech x3200 MK3 Chrono. Have been borrowing my battlebudddys for over a year and has only just now started complaining! Bless him.

AND I found it the other way round ! Hated the 1911 but loved the browning ! 😂😂

Before they were banned in the UK I shot the Browning and 1911. The Browning was a fucking awful gun to shoot very wippy too light for it's own good the 1911 was brilliant loved shooting it. No relevance   to airsoft of course 🙂
 

Get what you're saying, but when you think 80s SAS you think Iranian Embassy (well most people do) and which gun gets all the headlines in media related to that?  As per usual MP5s and specifically ones with gigantic-massive lights attached to them.

But it was so iconic in the 80's...

I don't understand why the 1911 is so much more popular now.

@Druid799: Mine doesn't have any hop adjustment.  Its got the hex grub screw but its been glued in and when I looked in the hop housing there is no mechanical way for it to put pressure on the top anyway.  Sounds like there are different versions

Because not many people would actually want them probably. 
 
Most people stick to newer or more modern gear and guns and the Browning doesn't really fit that mold. Doesn't help that it was never adopted on a large scale by the US either
