I've got hi's & mids for most of my guns, but unless an event is mag specific, I'll always go with 2 or 3 hi-caps rather than half a dozen mids, just makes life easier 😉

Yep they work, not as good as G36 mags but it's close, if your a bit of a "Hose monster" you may find they struggle to keep up.

But is it worth not only paying more than new rrp, AND giving up on any warranty etc ? 🤔 I wouldn't risk it, especially as they've not been around long & any teething issues or weaknesses may not have become apparent ?

So no insurance, what, couldn't afford it or nobody would give you cover ? But you can afford to have qualified medics & firefighting personnel on standby ?, who'll expect payment even if they do nothing. & on the subject of insurance, or the lack of it, should the shit hit the fan & someone is hurt, expect the legal action to take everything you own, and some, for many years to come, as well as possible criminal charges. But you claimed it to be a higher end variant from a completely different manufacturer, one would assume in order to justify the mental s/h price for what's in reality a bashed up A&k.......
