I just had my phonecall and accompanying firearms declaration. They are doing it for parcels that include only parts as well as RIFs (I was just ordering parts). My guess is, because the goods note is in Polish, they cant tell if there is a RIF or just parts inside. It's a fairly simple form, also asks for velocities of the RIF as well. I thanked them despite the delays for taking the importation of RIF's seriously. Doing the job that BF and PF failed to do effectively.

Is that cleared Polish customs or English customs?

Funnily enough, the JG Thunder Maul is based on a rifle in Ghost In The Shell, a 1995 anime movie. It predates many modern rifles that you can get in Airsoft. As someone who is 35, the rifle does appeal to me, though not enough to purchase one. (Its quite innacurate, the one depicted in the anime is a bullpup)

Indeed, the full length AK Front sights are pinned in. I have had to round out the flange with a dremel and tap for a screw much like the Cymas to get it straight. Pretty sure all enhanced selectors fit the E&L. I could only ever find them on the Continent or in Asia though.

Most of my E&Ls have slightly cockeyed iron sights. Had to straighten those out.

Ahh! Cool. Mine has been fulfilled. I am pretty sure they only had one. I get the feeling its a one man band. E&L has better Blued steel externals and internals (Neo Motor, better bushings and a Tappet Plate that is correctly shaped). However the fit and finish is a little sloppy compared to the LCT. If you dont mind a bit of fettling, go for the E&L. Otherwise the LCT will be fine with a motor and bucking upgrade.

My order from GF is stuck in the same warehouse, though I only ordered mine a couple of days ago. No RIF in mine which might be a blessing. But I REALLY want the 4 sets of PPS Shell ejection shells, those things are rare as hens teeth! Need to know if my new XM26 even works!

Wgc have them for about 60 quid. That includes the handguard and the pistol grip.

Decided to grab a new scope. The Vector Optics I got last year is a fixed scope (Didn't realise it at the time of ordering!) and the only adjustable zoom scope I have is a no name one that came with a JG SL8. So decided to go for a cheap Nikko Stirling Mountmaster Ao 3-09x40. Yeah, its probably not that much better then what I have. But I am hoping!

They had it a couple of years. Red 1 gave it up because the rent was too expensive and there was a limit on the number of people on site, due to the small footprint.

Hello all. I have decided that one of the gun shaped holes in my life could be filled by a spring shotty. I have a Gas TM KSG and a Gas Shell ejecting PPS XM26. I just want something that I don't have to worry about in terms of batteries or gas, sling it in the bag with a bunch of shells (That I already own) and go hog wild. Having said that, I need to make a choice. Of which I have narrowed down to three. Money isn't really an issue, but performance, reliability and range... is. I know I cant expect a huge amount out of a springer, but small variations can make a big difference! Tokyo Marui Spas 12. The daddy, TM Quality, but overpriced at £170. Is the performance any better then a 50-60 quid shotty? I want this more then anything because it's a Spas 12 that looks right, and I can order in the folding stock. What BB Weight is ideal for the fixed hop in terms of range? Fabarms STF12 (Any length version). So I have heard these are a mixed bag, but I do love the look of them, I can also pick one up for as little as 50 quid for the compact or 60 for the long version. Experiences? What BB Weight is ideal for the fixed hop in terms of range? CYMA M3** series (Any version). A trusty workhorse til they break. I hear these over hop unless you use .28s to tame them. Not so keen on the looks, but I have lots of variety to choose from. What say you wise AFUK'ers?

Got screwed over by Sixmm.com (AsiaAirsoft). So had to find some PPS Shell Ejecting gas shells. Luckily Gunfire just had a fresh batch. 4x 5 PPS Gas Shells sets. 1x 11.1v Lipo for AK, test to see if it fits in the Ares Soc-AR 1x Compact II Universal holster, which will hopefully fit my TM Strike Warrior which I miss fielding. 1x Armoured Claw Quick release Gloves in black 1x Armoured Claw Quick release Gloves in OD 1x Armoured Claw Quick Hot Weather Gloves in Tan Also 3x XM26 Mags from Bespoke Airsoft.

I'd say half and half! I am waiting on 17 shells in the post from HK for the XM. I might even buy an M4 just so I can mount the XM. Might replace the proprietary inner barrel with a tightbore for extra FPS, the current one has a barrel cut and bracket to push it into the body with a spring from the front. I'd need to make a similar cut on any new barrel. I am looking at a cheap LCT tactical AKMS as well. Havent pulled the trigger as of yet though. The 74n is having a full overhaul and Zenitco Pt3 stock installed to go with the VS24 handguard.

E&L AKM E&L AK74N JLS RX4 PPS XM26 The first three are being upgraded. The PPS will come out first chance of CQB I get.

Then I'd say the barrel is not loose enough to matter. Most of my rifle inner barrels have a small bit of play.
