  1. I, @Wo1f just had to modify his to get it to work properly. There are multiple modifications people do this nub, I only know what ours has(cut and filed to size). Jack uses Kicking Mustangs .48s. We use Geoff’s .4 upwards.
  2. Hooking to the left- possibly the nub being off centre. Well probably. TNT bucking and Modified Prowler nub is what we use(brother and team mate) Have you done any other modifications? There are a lot about. More info here, I’m to lazy to retype.
  3. And an outer/inner barrel combo it would seem.
  4. Of course mate. First visual inspection they look ok. Test will be when I try them??
  5. I did read your review and experience with them, but as there isn’t any newer bad reviews I thought I’d give them a go and update myself. For the price It’s worth it for me.
  6. I do know they are good, but we had an issue with them missfeeding in a JG G36. As my RIF isn’t a specific brand I’m waiting to see how it’s affected.
  7. A variety of .28g BBs to try in my gun to see what works best. And a decent chrono finally!
  8. Well that sucks.

The M4 drum mag that my brother got for Christmas sucks donkey wang. It doesn’t clip into the magwell, or feed at all.

Anyone have a M4 drum mag that actually works and they would recommend?

Iron Airsoft do a 1000 BB sound activated drum mag I bought mine from Shooter Combat Gear It cost $100 including postage,I love mine and I know it fits G&G M4 magwells as I tried it in differnt RIFs last skirmish I use a 7.4 deans lipo

and it feeds great it takes 2 AAA batteries in the drum itself its got a nice weight to it as its all metal and is quiet while feeding too

      Hope this helps

  9. I had nothing but Nuprol batteries until recently, but all of the nuprol batteries started to swell in the last few months and there are now 3 I will not use at all(looking for the correct way to dispose of them).
  10. Only thing you’ll want to look at in the future is replacing those batteries. I really dont get on with nuprol batteries. Have a look on component shop and get some much better Turnigy batteries in future.
  11. Don’t get us started. What was the character limit set at again?
  12. Picture? Usually I’d suggest a vice and the perfect sized screwdriver. You might need an impact driver, or perhaps a little well aimed heat, the pic will help us determine exactly what type you require.
  13. Happy New Year! Hope the New Year is filled with Pewing! And the head doesn’t hurt too much tomorrow!

    THE TM MWS thread

Thought it easy 2.7Joules? I know Sniper ops snipers were allowed up to 550fps.

    THE TM MWS thread

Legal limit is 550. Skirmish is 500. I only know this because some sniper ops events run at 550fps limits.
  16. Very used to that... don’t think they do much at AP which is possibly why I haven’t met them!
  17. ??‍♂️ I’m younger than them In the shop. They get on better with people similarly aged to themselves. Unfortunately the shop is the wrong side of Essex for me. DTW is only 5m square, but I understand mate, if that ever changes, let us know, me and my team( you already know Alan) will quite happily set up a little game for you to try with us. P.s We are completely nuts.
  18. Yeah, they run a really good skirmish site. Unfortunately I’m an antisocial young un so they don’t talk to me much, but they know me to look at. Think we shall have to get you along to a mini skirmish one day, you don’t have to be physically fit for it... just willing to shoot me over and over. DTW would be good for a tryout.
  19. Looks like a sniper rifle to me, think that’s why I like it so much. Just a bipod at the front and I’d come over all faint like. I have to say I recognise that arm too....ROE per chance?
  20. Scope does nothing for me unfortunately. But the gun looks really nice... Only time I use one is on a sniper.
  21. You sir are a pain in the ass. Here’s me trying to stop buying new guns...and there’s you being a dirty little temptress.
  22. The man has a problem. Not necessarily a bad one, but a problem nonetheless.
  23. No it’s plastic.
  24. Which M14 should I look at getting if I’m after something to upgrade into a custom DMR Project thing?

    Ideally wood kit is good.

Don’t want to spend a fortune either!

I haven't handled a cyma m14 but the cymas I have handled where pretty decent I was going to buy a cyma myself but it was not meant to be so I did the opposite to you and said fuck it I'll buy the best I can afford and not have to mess with it at all. Your best bet is to get some hands on with both makes and see how you feel its even worth a bit of a drive to a local retailer

Think your probably right fella. It won’t look anything like a M14 when I’m finished with it.

Up in the man cave I’ve got a TM a Cyma and an AGM and to be honest externally not a great deal of difference , all made of shitty plastic (cyma slightly sturdier than the other two) and the TM has the best external quality/tolerances out of the three so the AGM is in third place but I still think it’s more than good enough as a DMR base gun ?
