Ha! It’s very easy. Basically to keep the barrel dead straight, people wrap electrical/masking/PTFE tape around the inner barrel so it can’t move around in the outer barrel. And that’s it.

Erm, I remember reading/hearing somewhere that each mah was roughly equivalent to a shot. I do know you don’t want a 5500mah, you can ask me how i know, but the guns still in a melted mess somewhere. Something between 2000-3000Mah would last you all day if you don’t use the party button.

A 7.4V Lipo will be more than adequate for your JG.

You saw me and my DTD at tuddenham, can honestly say it’s perfect. There are others, but they are not as good in my eyes.

They are superb, I use them for my other pastime so I have a separate licence for that, they are phenomenal on range, in dense woodlands we still get 3Km range, and it is extremely clear as well. I am shite at setting them up, so don’t ask me about that, our computer guy did all 30 of our groups radios(not Airsoft group).

So here are two of the guns I have been playing with today, the firehawk has had some “cosmetic” works, the owner wants a Titan and a few other upgrades on the inside... (it’s my brother- muggins here has some more work todo!) The other is my custom gun, I say custom as it has been built from scratch, it’s nowhere near complete, got 4-5 other bits and bobs to buy(it still hasn’t got an inner barrel) It will be going off to be painted by our resident Michelangelo @GearTech in the not so distant future.

Going to suggest a strange one here, have you a sports soccer near you? Go go in and have a look at the Karimoor walking boots. I recently purchased a pair for Airsofting, they are light, weather proof, comfy and cheap! Go and give them a test though, I highly doubt you will not get on with them.
