Rebuilt the belt kit, fits quite well with the Peacekeeper - now just need to use it in ‘anger’. Do need to replace the buckle, this one is nice and secure up until you lay prone or knock the middle of it on something and then it immediately unclips 😂
-
This was back in January with the Peacekeeper. The magazines fitted nicely into 5.56 flapped pouches.
-
Since getting my NGRS MP5 I run the magazines in my Platatac chest rig, it comfortably holds 5 across the front with no retention issues. However I did find that they fitted nicely into my Esstac 9mm pouches, so I have considered just carrying a couple on a belt rig if I were to go light for some reason.

Up for sale is a GBB TM MP7A1. It has been oversprayed with Krylon. Selling for spares or repair. When trying to repair the rear body pin, I discovered the lug on the rear of the stock plate has actually snapped. It still works but doesn't hold the stock plate flush with the body if the stock is extended. It comes with 1x Magazine, original box, original flash hider, Laylax sling mount, 3D printed MLOK rails. Replacement rear body bolt. Magazine feeds without issue, has been marked with paint marker and fitted with an extended gas router. Price not including shipping. Collection from Cambridge area for free. No swaps.£75

That's interesting, first I've heard about it going to 2 years? I get an email from my registered site about a month before the end date, fill out the renewal form on their website and I'm renewed for another year.
-
Fair point 😂 maybe I'll spend more money there now its more accessible!

That's a real shame, like others I used to add items to the wishlist function and then wait for a notification when they were in stock. I appreciate things have to be updated, but it seems shortsighted that accounts couldn't be transferred.

The 'How Did Your Airsoft Day Go? Thread
Jacob Wright replied to Skara's topic in General Discussion
First day out in a couple of months today, got to Combat Airsoft in Thetford. Not a bad day at all, was on my own but bumped into an old work colleague. Didn’t hear a single complaint from anyone all day, the games didn’t stagnate, and everything seemed to work! -
I’ve been using Geoffs Bio BB’s for a couple of years in my NGRS, can’t fault them 👍🏼
-
If you’ve got the shirts then you know what the quality is like 👍🏼 I’m trying to hold off buying a pair of their shorts for the summer 😂
-
Echoing the above comments - look after them and they’ll last ages. I bought a pair 4 years ago and apart for one tiny mark where I caught them on barbed wire they look like new. Pricey but well worth it in my opinion 👍🏼

NGRS loose bolt catch tension upgrades?
Jacob Wright replied to Armo1000's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
I'm a bit confused - are you saying that before you've loaded the fresh magazine you're knocking the catch? Because with an empty magazine loaded the bolt release catch should just bounce back - it will only depress and stay in its flat position with either no magazine or a loaded magazine inserted in the weapon. -
I lucked out with my case - £50 from someone who was just about to put it in a skip... Glad I've got it though, makes it easy to carry my rifles and I can sling it in the boot of the car without worrying. Plus it has doubled up as a nice table on events!

The 'How Did Your Airsoft Day Go? Thread
Jacob Wright replied to Skara's topic in General Discussion
Good day at Gunman Tuddenham today for a filmsim game. Started off a bit wet and windy but warmed up for the second half of the day. Got a chance to use my new MP7 and Ferro Concepts Slickster. The MP7 was great fun, but I'll be sticking with NGRS for now at least. The Slickster on the other hand will be staying in the collection - I've not always been a fan of plate carriers but it easily retained 4 magazines plus a speed loader and radio, fitted nicely and will be well complemented by a decent belt set up. Gameplay was standard, a few instances where people claimed that dead players were spotting for those who hadn't been hit - and one poor show of a player swearing about the game (because they weren't winning/didn't appear to understand it), and then refusing to engage with the marshal who was trying to understand their frustrations 🤷🏼♀️... Otherwise a good day with some amazing shots and attacks through the woodland. Might be the last Airsoft day for a while due to holidays but looking forward to the next one already. -
