  1. PDR-C. It's was like the BB's were coming out of his body.
  2. You could import it ($ to £ is about 0.65, and tax/duty is around 1.25). http://store.specwarfare.com/en/flyye?pagesize=96 http://www.shootercbgear.com/index.php?manufacturers_id=10&max=1000000 Postage on a single plate carrier comes up at £14 on specwar.
  3. Welcome to the forums, UK forums On the guns, its not all that complicated, you need to have UKARA to buy or create (includes turning a two tone into a RIF) a realistic imitation firearm. UKARA is a database of adult players approved to purchase RIF from select retailers. You need to be 18 to purchase Imitation Firearms (two toned/transparent RIFs mostly). As for ownership however, there is not really all that much in the way of restrictions, UKARA is permission for the retailers to sell to people on a database, not permission or licensing to buy/own.
  4. Well, that's correct, but airsoft guns are not BB guns.
  5. Small claims court - one of the simplest there is too.
  6. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1368231/Royal-Mail-sends-25million-items-year-shredder.html (2011) I wonder... Qlimax, next time you speak with your contact, ask if they use humane disposal for prohibited/restricted packages.
  7. They make themselves easy to entrap in that regard. I've remember reading when waylandgames had several parcels worth thousands of pounds each go missing because royal mail were destroying them for the £20 aerosol paint cans sat in the bottom of the box somewhere. But, I recall wayland did not follow it up, just stopped using royal mail. What does not make sense is why they do not notify the addressee they have done this. I wonder what would happen if you shipped animals with pressurised containers - if they killed the animals that would be a PR problem for them.
  8. A LOT of firearms offences do not distinguish between firearms capable of shooting and deactivated/imitation firearms, so watch out, even if he was allowed to play, his history - depending upon what the sentence was - can unfortunately predicate the possibility of the law establishing 'intent'. I believe this is section 21 of the firearms act 1968? Considering airsoft weapons do cause injury... you've got right there "possessing firearm with intent to cause injury". I doubt there is anything to be done on the "it's not a firearm front". Injury can afteral be psychological and using it as a club. That said, making sure this person does not touch/possess them off the field would be very prudent. Hope you get the result you want.
  9. Contrary to what I said above - because it wasn't contextually relevant because I think two stage triggers are only a problem if you want to fire semi on an auto-capable gun without a fire selector - I believe that when airsoft/RS P90's are set to full auto they do have a two stage trigger - I just don't see what the problem with that is.
  10. P90 has a fire selector, PDR-C is much worse iirc.
  11. When you say, seized, you mean stolen subject to terms of service use? Was it returned?
  12. I mark every forum read once a week, maybe there's more out there like me.
  13. What effect does this have on rate of fire (including target reacquisition if necessary) ?
  14. Yes, but lets not have such an awfully shit named thread turn into something serious, if a serious discussion is wanted, give it the respect it deserves, in a fresh thread with a title in good taste.
  15. http://www.theplasticshop.co.uk/acrylic-tube-extruded-clear-8mm-od-to-25mm-od.html Not too expensive comes to £32 for 10 metres (10mm outside diameter, 7mm inside diameter). I'm sure it's cheaper elsewhere. I guess you could melt it slightly to create a section that bbs can't fall throught unless pushed. Looks like the ones on evike are their own produce, best to look for someone to include them in their order for you. So cheap lol.
  16. I just got one of these with my first G&G rifle, found it useful for counting BBs, but I can't find another use for it. I was wondering whether I could get more of these only yesterday for counting BBs - As I don't have fine enough scales. I've dealt with evike twice now and the only issues I had were with UPS (on both orders). I guess you could make your own, and slightly melt one end so the BBs don't fall through without a slight push? Blame google, not me. Cheap though out of stock.
  17. Can the popular brands be purchased in smaller denominations than 3k? I need a few hundred .28 and .30
  18. It's a useful distinction for exclusive commercial customers.
  19. Perhaps that is specific to 1 brand?
  20. All the airsoft stores i've tried to price match with have insisted the item be instock and on sale inside the united kingdom. I personally don't see the problem with "europe". EDIT: http://www.patrolbase.co.uk/terms.htm
  21. Was the flashhider plastic and glued, like the US ones?
  22. Individually perhaps, but the FE is worth that amount less if sold separately.
