  1. I like scan because of the transparency, from them, you know exactly what you're getting and how much you're paying for labour.
  2. Yes, accessibility is a factor, join facebook and you have access to many resources, and all those sites with "login with facebook".
  3. Really ought to have considered what your other topics might do for your credibility before asking this.
  4. Yes and no. The cheap brands are very well spread from useless (note context for useless = as compared to real kit) to surpassing the bottom of real steel. Don't buy condor/viper (unless the others don't make the item) - or anything from a retailer that started out in airsoft. One thing that really bugs me is the prices on flyye, pantac and others in the UK being so marked up against condor/viper, yet in asia they're all priced the same for import. All caps topic mirroring the name of the forum. Click use full editor while editing the first post.
  5. You again. Did I mean "cheap" or "best"? EDIT: I meant best.
  6. Lol, off the back of question 4 and wasting our time with this other thread, someone call a mod. Not to mention other 2 threads he posted today.
  7. I guess there's no treat others' how you would like to be treated in airsoft. I find strobe is more of a "I'M OVER HERE" than "I'll blind you I will!" I've bought two cheap flashlights for airsoft and the only thing I don't like about them is that they always strobe if you don't press the light switch for long enough - I don't bloody need rescuing in the basement of a shopping centre!
  8. https://www.scan.co.uk/3xs
  9. If it blocks BBs well, and doesn't obscure, it might be something to look into doing a small clip about. You're vids have been well structured in the past, but not having to read allows for multi tasking.
  10. Three weeks later you'll be in operators anonymous just like all the rest, best of luck that doesn't happen. EDIT: Trying to balance humour with your post being in a totally inappropriate forum.
  11. It speaks. Good video. Where's the lens cap from, doesn't look like a killflash
  12. Lots of good info in this other recent thread.
  13. If your optician says you cant have them, get a second opinion, some, like specsavers, don't maintain contracts with all the suppliers and may, as happened to me, say its impossible when they mean "its impossible for us".
  14. Wolf is at the bottom, of the good airsoft retailers. Hopefully though their new website will help them. Their customer service is a consistent FUFUFUFUFUFUFU. After zero one. Unless you deal face to face, dont bother with Wolf.
  15. www.google.co.uk <- try here. www.youtube.com/ <- and here. For gameplay stick to the commercial youtubers, for introductions to the hobby avoid the whiny kids and those wearing tactical gear in videos which are not about their gear. Avoid videos by retailers outside USA/asia. Don't get fixated on the guns, there are only 4 main types of gun, and after that they are, to the uninitiated ALL THE SAME. There is a lot to learn, in fact, more than any other sport or hobby, due to the honor system, from watching online gameplay videos. American videos of milsim are the best, their milsims are not all about endurance BS like the UK ones, not say they have the right idea, just that they are closer to our skirmishes than much of our milsim, they milsim is like battlefield, ours (from what I have been told) are like arma. From the timestamp, i'd put him on another continent.
  16. I think the short 20 rd stanag magazines look better in all guns. /me goes to watch Vietnam war movie.
  17. Documentary on trigger discipline for girlfriend - that's an upgrade right?
  18. No need, they are CYMA brand, just do a google search.
  19. Hey, you needn't justify it, you snapped at me after specifically stating "good" mid-caps. Did you check taiwangun, cheap hicaps there for sure?
  20. 'Donor gun' does not always denote second hand. It just means (I think), and I haven't a great analogy, that the purchase (or repurposing) was incidental to the usual reason people buy them. Thanks for those numbers.
