  1. Anywhere with "bb" in the company/domain name. There's plenty of good advice in this thread.
  2. With all the inferences you've chosen to include, not sure he's the only idiot; you've called him an idiot after including at least two "facts" which you've 'made up'. For shame. I agree, ultimately the fault is with the guns owner if the person that picked up the gun was not legally an adult.
  3. You will need some kind of eye pro, (especially indoors), fyi. When it comes down to it, it's all about money, anything you want in two tone you can get in two tone, if they don't offer a gun in two tone, email them, if still not, email another firm.
  4. Where are you from, and have you tried asking your local authorised airgun/firearms dealer if they can get what you need?
  5. Is the battery below suitable for my CM18 stock tube? http://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/batteries-bbs-gas-chronographs-c5/batteries-c62/7-4v-1450mah-25c-stock-tube-lipo-p3192 I'm in a different county to my AEGs atm, cant measure it, I've replaced the crane stock...
  6. Well your distributor was not wrong on general practice, but it's not a legal restriction, at least not yet. You can probably see that this legislation in it's current state contains contradictions which make it very difficult to enforce, but the thought is there on the lethality thresholds (assuming eye protection). If you were able to modify the gun's component balance, couldn't you find a way to make it refuse to fire when presented with voltage other than 7.4 and 9.6 ? I've actually never seen a player clutching or claiming to use a 11.1v battery offline. AFAIK its mostly 9.6 NiMH‎ and 7.4 LiPo.
  7. I figured L2Read would be offensive. You can write whatever you like. The fact that there is currently legislation going through our Parliament at the moment is all the proof you need that your distributor is fully of sh*t. Still, its really good that you're willing to optimise your goods for other markets. Might I ask, generally 11.1 is the least common voltage I have encountered in use, are you saying that you put in the 20K motor on the off chance that if someone applied a 11.1 battery the gun might not operate as expected? Wouldn't it have been easier just to say "do not use with 11.1" rather than making changes?
  8. I wonder why DMRs are not allowed, with modern technology you can lock out the trigger for longer than a BASR.
  9. Annoying when looking for somewhere to play, but all they have is photos of players, and not photos of the site, such narrow shots. Ugh.

Prof, now there is an idea for a new thread: "Airsoft Site website SOS"

Don't forget that at least half of the photos have to be blurred and out of focus!

  10. Where is it? And by that I mean, an address not a picture.
  11. Your details remain on the database for 12 months from the date they are added, site membership wherever that may be is entirely irrelevant to UKARA - although useful. The place that added you onto the database can renew your position the database as long as you prove to them that you have played within 12 months of the date you played that third game which qualified you to be added in the first place. The sites you play at are irrelevant as long the party renewing your number recognise your proof. I don't know what happens if you want to move sites, i'm in that position right now, I can get renewed at bunker 51 for £29 by playing a game or the at mall for £10 (without having to play any more games). But I don't know if I have to wait for my existing number to expire. UKARA is a check to allow realistic guns to be sold to you, it does NOTHING MORE*. It's actually quite impotent. *But its bloody helpful for importing (addresses must match).
  12. On what basis? Looks like you just missed the consumer rights act.
  13. Honestly if you do your personal due diligence I wouldn't worry about it. That's taking appropriate, footwear, a drink, gloves, your own face pro, ALL skin covered etc. Covering your arms isn't necessary, but smart if you're new/indoors.
  14. H&K do not make airsoft guns. H&K designed the layout of the outer body, and will have licensed any trade marks on the gun. Sorry I didnt notice it was 2nd hand in the OP. I'm inclined to say you were scammed, but without knowing what brand it is, its hard to say if the price was bad, ask the guys that sold it to you, if they didnt know what brand it is, there is NO WAY they could have chosen that price in good faith.

  16. What brand is it? Was it sold as new? This is not an airsoft problem but consumer rights. But since sooooooooo many airsoft companies don't follow consumer rights... i'm sure we can help. Price sounds ridiculous though.
