  1. "Please bare in mind somethings on the photo will not be included and will list below and is purely just for the imagery" This shit is genuinely becoming my number one pet peeve. You see something, the price isn't awful, it has a bunch of really cool accessories that are in every single picture and then you scroll down to read the description and it says "items not included" Are people really so lazy they can't take five seconds to remove the things they want to keep before photographing an item? I mean, they'll be coming off anyway if/when it sells... Bizarre

  3. Well I thought I'd never see one of these and always hoped someone would make one. Looks like Double Eagle will be releasing a Mini 14 AEG in November. https://www.octagonairsoft.com/product-page/double-bell-mini-14-aeg-full-semi-auto

  7. Firesupport https://www.firesupport.uk/ If you are looking for great prices on Tokyo Marui and other products or you are looking for upgrade parts for your AEG, Shotgun, GBBR or GBB Pistol then Firesupport is the place to look. We stock over 16,000 products, we have over 200 different brands on our system. We try to set prices to be competitive with other shops or better. We have an amazing tech called Ian , he has a great knowledge of airsoft guns and parts needed to upgrade them. We only recommend upgrades that we would do personally rather than sell a load of parts that would make no difference. We sell, repair, upgrade and service all airsoft guns except HPA and some low cost Chinese models where spare parts are impossible to obtain. Emails are usually answered within a few hours and bar a few exceptions within a day. Most days the phone is answered quickly, however occasionally there are some days we have less staff at work and there is not always someone available to answer the phone. We get some great reviews on trustpilot https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/fire-support.co.uk and facebook https://www.facebook.com/FiresupportShop/reviews?locale=en_GB reviews. If you need original parts for your gun that you can't find anywhere and its a brand we deal with then we can special order direct from the manufacturer, the prices will be higher but that's dues to high postage costs, even on a part that does not cost much. We try to deal with people as we would like to dealt with, returns and refunds are usually dealt with quickly. All the products we sell on our web site that say they are in stock are actually kept in stock in our shop. We do not have a "European Warehouse" where products are ordered in when sold in our shop and you have to then wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. Products are usually despatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of the day they are ordered. Occasionally we have a stock error (maybe once a week) where we then contact the customer and can change the order, refund the missing item or provide a full refund. Need it quickly then you need to choose the Next Day service and order before 12pm and we post it on a 24 hour service the same day. We get regular deliveries of products and loads of new products every year, over a 1000 new products have been added to the web site in the last year. Please see for latest updates https://www.firesupport.uk/new-products/latest-updates.html broken down by supplier and date. and for what's new see https://www.firesupport.uk/new-products/coming-soon.html broken down by what's new with a category per month. We are here to help. Frank

  9. Like the fact he thinks the bottles of BB’s and the Nuprol case are the most important as ther in the large lead pic. Then again a Krytac Vector and a Vorsk, he may be right the bb’s n case are the best bit of the deal. lol

  14. Yeah, it's just weird that the older G&G plungers work really well in KJW m700 mags, but the newer ones just... don't. I've installed 4 sets of old-style plungers, so I have 4 short KJW mags that should hopefully work well now, just pending some testing this weekend. And that's what I thought with the knock arm. I was wondering if it'd work in a Tanaka mag, but I only have 1 of those and I'd rather not risk taking it apart; I don't use it, but it's a nice piece of history to have. And I think you mean it's an elegant firing system from a more civilised age! 😂

  17. Quite ironic that the seller wants to show "complete transparency" but doesn't think to be transparent in the images. "Mmm... images are the first thing that people's attention is drawn to. Let's waste a potential buyer's time by not getting off my arse and making the images represent what they're buying. No more, no less."

  18. There is a great classifieds section with these forums, there is also an appraisals section if you need help with pricing. The rule of thumb is 60-70% of current retail price, + or - depending on condition for the same RIF you have to sell, accessories don't seem to add much value so it they are good-uns sell them seperately (60-70%) or sell with the rif. Take plenty of pics so buyers see what they're paying for, include pics of any damage/scratches etc too. Basically be realistic with what you want £££ for your kit as you can ask for any amount but you may need to be flexible with your prices with any offers you get.

  19. You'll have better luck selling each thing separately such as the AEG with the mags, Battle belt, Speed loaders etc. Whilst it's slower, the likelihood of somebody wanting everything you have at once is very, very, very slim. If you're selling here:

  21. I can’t comment on the G&G ones, but the Action Army knock arms work on the old Tanaka mags perfectly well if you did decide to “upgrade” them (I’ve installed 2 on my Tanaka long mags).

  27. Hi, good day to you Sir. That’s a very sexy looking hop up chamber you got there. But wait, looks like they sent you a used one, pre-production unit…hmmm, get in touch with longbow/jason, he’s a good man. I placed my order from him too. 507mm barrel, that’s a long one. Hope you sort things out soon. Can’t wait to hear your reviews. Mybtac41A build:

    M4 RIS Handguard

Thanks for the heads up. Ive lost my way a little with AEG as I’ve run gas for the last 10 years lol. But makes sense for my boy to start there and work his way up. in terms of the battery, it is rear wired and I’ll likely have to use a stick lipo type and get him a few, but that’ll be what he wants over a solid stock. Appreciate the help - seems this o e has had me stumped or I’m losing my Google-fu skills 🤣🤣

    Cringe in Airsoft

where to begin ....... people that sell second hand stuff that's broken or will break when the new person uses it , idiots that buy HPA because they have been told its the best , and they have no clue how to operate the equipment (been at chrono and the marshal asked the guy to turn down the regulator ..... he then asked the marshal '' how do i do that ?'' General shit talkers , with subjects that relate to RS firearms or gear they have watched on a YouTube video dickheads that use ghillie suits ... and don't follow the principles of camo and concealment, using heaviest ammo and only getting 50m shops that dont give the correct advice for new people , and just use them as a sale pallet sites player marshals any airsoft team that has the following words in there name , or associations to ancient history, Spartans, hoplite , immortals , guards , wolf , dog , dragon, phoenix , headless chicken squad names nicco any youtube video that is set up like a call of duty commentary with hit markers and killfeeds and music any event that uses ai images to advertise an event, that goes for shops too obnoxious geardos idiots that have go pros , on everything call signs for team members anyone that turns up in a german ss uniform un ironically or not at a ww2 event people that dont know the limitations of there equipment too friendly regulars .... people that think there regular site is there personal toy box and complain when they lose walts people that played about a years airsoft , equate that to them knowing everything , and telling you the best gear and upgrades to use

  31. That's all about demand. There is a term in some car communities "rare but nobody cares". There are only like 36 Ferrari GTOs in the world hence they are the most expensive car in the world. There are less than a dozen Austin Allegros on the road no one gives a shit. There are some airsoft guns people will pay stupid money for but most will eventually become worthless.

Here's my M4 (Specna Edge), my brother's M16 (Specna Core I think) and my XM177 (E&C). The M4 has a Perun hybrid, 14:1 gears, solid bushings and compression set from Mr Ak2m4, motor is a bit of a mutt I built by putting the armature from a high torque motor into the case of a high torque, high speed one from AliExpress. Barrel is the original brass Specna 6.03 and uses a Macaron 60 hop rubber, omega nub. It shoots like a laser (in Airsoft terms) and has decent range. ROF is about 23rps on 2s I think? The M16 is bone stock and this also shoots fantastically, with decent range too- my brother is going to leave that as is. He has great fun blasting people with the 203 too, usually accompanied by giggling... The XM is my favourite to look at, the trades are fantastic and I love the old school integrated carry handle over the M4's detachable one. It has an upgraded compression set and nozzle, again from ak2m4, and a 6.02 stainless barrel. Hop is the same as the M4. It's running 16:1 gears and I have a Perun hybrid on the way for it. The problem I have with the XM is that it does not shoot as accurately as the M4, I get the odd curler which goes off to the side now and then. I may remove the barrel and try to polish it a bit to see if that helps at all...

    What have you made?

Hopefully this fits into the what have you/I made section.... I live in a rented house and have wanted a nicer way to display pews than the usual scattered around the house option without drilling holes in the walls etc. Spent many an hour googling and procrastinating about the best way to go. Eventually decided to settle on the Ikea Skadis peg board as that seems fairly popular. A quick trip, that sadly wasn't, as the missus came and dragged me round the entire f*cking place and eventually we ended up in the hardware section. Quickly realised the boards have rounded corners so that they would need trimming down to get rid of that. So got the biggest boards in white with the intention of paint/wrap/netting to cover it up. Found some conveniently size ply board at work, cleaned that up and set about cutting the boards down to suit. Found some ally spacers that would lift the pegboard away from the ply and bolted it up nicely. Seen some reports of sagging or bowing so hoping the 9x bolts per panel will sort that. Absolutely rubbish at DIY, but quite happy how the turned out. Currently un-coloured and hoping to get some kind of case/drawers/kallax to lift it of the floor to give some storage space underneath. Only a small selection of Pews, ones in bits, the AEGS are somewhere in the house....

Nothing too exciting but seems a bit of progress on the East German AK front. Will be curious as to whether it is a standard model or a limited release? The latter might be similar to their wooden furniture G3s.
