Herrgh Posted Saturday at 17:28 Share Posted Saturday at 17:28 I recieved this email yesterday which may be of interest: Warhead UK IS REBRANDING SOON - 10% OFF ALL ORDERS FOR MAY 2025 Over the coming months Warhead Industries UK will be rebranding with a new name of Redux Airsoft (www.reduxairsoft.com) website coming soon. This will take effect over the next few months and we are excited to show you what we are working on going forward. Why are we rebranding? About a year ago Warhead UK separated from the rest of Warhead Industries. The decision to rebrand has been a difficult one, but ultimately it is the best decision for us long term to make this move. The original Warhead UK support team up until recently were dealing with all of the customer service queries, repairs, problems and sales for Warhead Globally and have dealt with thousands of queries and problems for our customers. The Warhead UK contingent have built a reputation of being honest, decent guys who have tried to help and give advice to as many customers as possible and we intend to continue this trend going forward under the new brand. With little choice but to start again and invest in designing new products and parts for AEGs both myself (Ben) and Luke (AKA Negative Airsoft) decided that we would launch a new brand and start from scratch. Who are the owners of this new brand? The owners of this brand are the current owner Ben who has operated Warhead UK for several years and was one of the original team who developed the Warhead Motor, along with Luke (AKA Negative Airsoft). Will we be selling the same BBs in the future? Yes absolutely. We will be selling the same BBs under the brand Redux Airsoft. Over the years we have built up a very good rapport with the owner of the factory producing the BBs and we will continue to use these going forward. This will not change. We will also be selling a larger range and focusing on being the best priced high quality BB on the market. Not only this but soon we will be releasing our own parts and other accessories, along with a range of upgraded airsoft guns specced out by Luke (more information on this coming in the next few weeks / months). Will I keep my loyalty points? Yes of course you will. These will be available as normal on your account. The rebrand will not affect this or have a negative impact on our pricing. In fact you will have a larger variety of products to spend your points on in the near future. When will this rebrand happen? We already have our rebranded BBs on the way so in the near future you will be seeing them coming. We are also working on some other parts along with our modified gun range which will be available in the near future. We hope that all of our current customers will join us in supporting the new brand. We have both spoken to many of you personally and appreciate not only your custom but your trust in us. Going forward we are very excited to show you what we can do with Redux Airsoft. Ben + Luke Interesting times ahead.
hitmanNo2 Posted Saturday at 18:08 Share Posted Saturday at 18:08 Am I being dim or does the answer to 'Why are we rebranding?' Not actually answer the question? Herrgh, ruskitseller, Rogerborg and 1 other

Perhaps I'm being uncharitable. ruskitseller, ak2m4 and Colin Allen 2

Need to be 'cause you're all too clear And I can see something wrong with you But what do you expect me to do? JVacation Posted Saturday at 20:14 Share Posted Saturday at 20:14 If I remember correctly they had a bit of a falling out with Warhead in general. I think it was due to the people at Warhead UK thinking that the support from Warhead global was inadequate and then warhead global tried cutting them off. Luke was posting stories on his Facebook saying that they were still offering support to customers regardless. Please correct me if I am wrong, I am only going off on what I "some what" remember and I apologise if what I'm saying is not 100% true. HuttArmouries Posted Saturday at 20:23 Share Posted Saturday at 20:23 (edited) Here is one of the chunks Luke posted about the whole thing. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/197sBsmGQP/ After this they did start dealing with warrenty and sales in the uk for all the remaining warhead stock I believe but this is one of the inciting incidents. Supporters Rogerborg Posted Saturday at 22:21 Supporters Share Posted Saturday at 22:21 Ah, that makes more sense. I was indeed being uncharitable, and got it bass ackwards. Mea culpa. Well, good luck to them. Better to own the brand than be the whipping boys for someone else. Herrgh

They wanted to get him to do vocals on a new version of their only hit single, so I had to try to negotiate this with him. The man is a complete arse. Fatboy40 Posted Sunday at 11:59 Share Posted Sunday at 11:59 Reading all of this a few months back, all the back story, it was better than Coronation Street 🤣 In a perfect world we'd just have AK2M4 and Negative Airsoft working together to make the pinnacle of UK pro-Airsoft manufacturers / retailers 😎 Pappa Large, Rogerborg and ak2m4 1 1

Well, not following airsoft stuff anyway. They could have just mentioned there was a falling out. Odd they're still dealing with Warhead for BBs etc. You'd think they'd want a clean break and let Warhead deal with a new UK team.

hitmanNo2 Posted yesterday at 16:29 Share Posted yesterday at 16:29 Ah. Good point. I didn't read that properly. I wonder if that means there will be Redux BBs and also a competing identical product from whoever takes over UK operations at Warhead?

Skara
16 hours ago, Cannonfodder said: Don't 99% of all bbs come from the same few factories and the only difference is the label on the bottle/bag? Varying levels of QC. Mostly depends on how much profit the brand wants on their BBs. I've seen it with a "local" brand, they were cheap and good at first, then lost the cheap part and now lost the good part as well, to the point I'd rather overpay for G&G bbs instead. A true shame that warhead decided to fuck UK users like this, after all they were a key part of development and marketing in general (Luke pushed them real hard before Solink/T238 took over) Rogerborg, Herrgh and ak2m4
