I honestly don't know if I've watched all the 'new' ones but IV, V & VI are still my favourites, probably more to do with nostalgia than the quality of the films tho. Was on a school trip to London when A New Hope was premiered in the UK... begged for Stormtrooper figures for Xmas and never go a single one (took me 40+ years to find out there were none at the time).
