I got lit up by a second burst from a high cycle. Easily got hit by 20 bbs straight across the knee caps. I could barely walk and if I had seen who had shot me I would probably have wobbled over and had a good go because it bloody hurt and was completely unnecessary. If I see one I avoid them.

I prefer not to wear a PC because I want to get down on the ground properly.
I quite liked being able to go prone and not getting impaled by a rock or tree route I did not spot for once

An airsoft that doesn't allow plate carriers :S
Is that due to hit taking?
A couple of us were using them and no one said anything, cant remember seeing anything in the rules against PC for MDF Bright Candle. I believe its only MPF that are not allowed them to make them look more reberly. (Yes reberly is a word I invented 5 seconds ago )

Uni I will be going to does not allow RIFs in accommodation which is a pita. I know there is a paintball society but I doubt there is an airsoft one.

Are you set on AEG because a growing number of milsimmers seem to be going GBBR
I was the only MDF player with one last time Trouble with GBBR there are several magazine types while at least with an AEG M4 generally they will all work ok unless you have something quirky like a TM Recoil. From a magazine swapping perspective your definitely better of sticking with an AEG.

No its not expensive, You dont sleep in Okto games so you dont need military camping gear. I think one of the rebels at an earlier game was boasting about a £20 loadout, The dearest thing is buying five or six midcaps as you cant use high caps or carry loose bbs with you.
Even the MDF is only DPM so is quite cheap to meet. The game is £60 though.
An 8 hour skirmish at my local site is £30. It is no more expensive then attending 2 skirmishes.

I'm struggling to find anyone with the prommy purples in stock. Is the G&G green soft enough? I have heard good things for regular bucking. I also think I might have a tightbore in one of the barrels that came with the F88A2 which is a result.

There are not a whole lot of Strategy games on the consoles and arguably the best ones are on PC. The number of games you can get on PC is astronomical and I find it much more intuative to use a keyboard + mouse. Graphical development in games has slowed down a lot in recent years with only marginal gains. The net result is you can buy a decent PC and it will be able to play stuff for several years to come. I brought my 7970 for £220 and can play everything still at ultra & 1920x1080 despite the card design being at least 2 1/2 years old now.
Also the PC has the ARMA series which you will probably enjoy if you find a good group to play with.
I am no console lover so slightly biased but I can see the advantage of one self contained package which you dont need to worry about.

SAS use whatever the hell they can get there hands on that will work in the environment there operating in. That just looks like a regular DPM smock to me. I've certainly seen hundreds of cadets wearing that style in my time.
I honestly think the only two ways you can do an SAS load out is the full anti-terrorism get up or barracks dress.

Hi
I'm considering giving a flat hop a go on the one barrel I am going to swap between AUGs. Has anyone tried one with the stock TM hop up and what buckings and nubs would you recommend for it? Also what is a good make TBB that does not cost a bomb.
Cheers

The guy who converted the F88A2 did a pretty awesome job My dad has also decided the sole purpose of the laser is to wind up the cat...

I was defending bagpipes as I think they are brilliant when done properly...

Marching with a band that has bagpipers is fucking awesome...
I did Nijmagen and on the last day a random bagpiper was waiting and every time he spotted a British team he would march along with them for 1/4 mile or so and play a song.

How would the English get to the party if there was a big wall?
You moaning the topic of independence has been done to death but you have carried it on?
-
How do you come to this?
Because no one wanted a half assed Labour Government that was hoping it would get policies through parliament by relying on SNP support. Which would of meant the SNP would have held parliament to ransom. Therefore people voted otherwise to make sure this was not the case.

Mainly the tiny writing underneath
Also the lack of shroud around the mag release.

If its an A1, a SUSAT and SA80 sling
Anything more is blasphemy.

You will probably want the 5.56 pouches. G36 mags are a bit wider.

Just brought the F88A2 replica from Evert What I wanted to do with my A1 all along but he has already managed a dam fine job of it He has also been kind enough to throw in the DPCU trousers to go with the shirt which I missed this morning in the post
Cant wait to get it and my friend has asked if he could buy the A1 off me before I had even said if I was going to sell it or not
