  1. Ordered a Lipo a couple of weeks ago. Aside from the initial confirmation email I have neither heard nor received anything. Sent them an email a few days ago and still no reply. This is feeling like a repeat of my dealings with shoot and scoot.

  2. Its not automatically at every game. Okto have a lot of toys and they bring different ones out of the toy box at each game. This was at the milsim at the weekend. I was on the wrong end of it a couple of times. You just dig in, face down in the dirt and you hear the BBs scything through the ferns above you. It has PKM innards built into a replica steel 50 that needs two men to lift it down.

I do not know how we managed to escaped from it when it had us pinned down as the MPF were pushing up on the station. I got caught short by it on the Saturday and chose too surrender rather then eventually get mowed to death. However the rebels have not heard of the Geneva Convention :(

  3. Why didnt you stop her then ? lol

Its not ladies with cabbages you have to worry about, its the men in green with pointy fingers. You're lucky the great unwashed never managed to get their hands on the two pistols we later found stashed in the village !

She was searched lol. The cabbages were just not seen as a threat at the time :) oooh did not know about the pistols. The IED was discovered at least though.

  4. Is that so? How much does GBBR set up cost?

Well so far despite being a noob to the game I managed to fix every problem I had with my L85. All I have done is fuck up my new AEG trying to bring the FPS down so far. There more hands on per game but on the whole far far simpler to work on. On the other hand I probably had a total cost so far of £550 before I sold it on for the gun and the rest of the bits I brought for it. Once I'm staying in private accommodation at uni the following year I may well look into going HPA as it looks far more reliable.

  5. I got mine from gunfire.pl - inc. free shipping & of course no VAT/import duty coming from Poland as it's in the EU.

I would just get one from Poland but the game is only next weekend and I dont trust them frenchies to not cause too big a delay. Living in Kent i've experienced the choas of op stack and would hate to see what it is like on the other side. I've also yet to have a proper visit to an airsoft shop so am looking forward to being able to handle some before taking the plunge.

  6. I've got one too - heavy but 'kin lovely! Only thing is, if you're thinking of changing the furniture, zenitco/replica stuff doesn't go straight on without modification. I'm not 100% certain, but i suspect real 'steel' AK wooden furniture may not fit also - there is a bulge in the barrel which prevents the lower handguard from sliding straight on - the handguard would need to be filed out inside (still real steel RPK furniture, as opposed to AK, may have space for the bulge, but you don't tend to see it for sale so could be expensive).

Lol, thats good to know thankyou :) I dont think I've managed to buy a particularly airsoft rifle yet!

If they still make them when I have the storeage space at uni/money I would love to put a daytona HPA recoil kit into it...

However I need to hope the local shop has them in first else I will need to get something else as a back up.

  7. Role playing with airsoft guns is the best description for the Okto Games. Its a lot of fun because of it as well. Most of the MDF (Government) team was just in DPMs or Flaktarn with a simple rifle and chest rig or plate carrier. The biggest irony was that the rebels seemed to have the more gucci kit then us...
