No contest between a breacher and this mate. A lot more practical. Definitely go for the breacher - you won't regret it. ASG do a number of single shot shotguns - including one that looks very close to a full length trishot. That said if they made a trishot version of their Tactical shotgun that I linked then I'd buy it in a heartbeat. It's a very compact gun so would be brilliant for CQB and room clearing.

Even better when all three shots hit... Hahaha

The best & worst quotes you have heard.

Yes to the first question, though Gunfire need to be given your UKARA number otherwise customs will seize and destroy it when it arrives in the UK. A contact number on the packaging also helps massively if there are any issues. No to the second question if you mean this shotgun: http://www.patrolbase.co.uk/airsoft-shotguns-and-grenade-launchers/franchi-tactical.htm#.VWszE9m9LTo The Maruzen M1100 is a gas operated shell ejecting shotgun. A lot of fun but very impractical unless you hire someone to pick up your shells for you. The ASG is just a regular single shot spring shotgun. Nothing special - just very cheap. The fourteen shot shells are also very poor quality. This is very much a CQB gun though it has the same heavy pump as a trishot making it pretty pointless really. That said it is very light so makes a great secondary weapon. Edit: Elaborated a bit more.

Had a guy on Facebook last night trying to sell an ex- two tone ASG MK23 painted in woodland camo with four mags for £100. Suffice to say you can get the lot cheaper brand new all from Taiwan Gun haha
-
Because it's almost a real one that you can actually shoot people with and not go to prison (depending on where you shoot them) Edit: Curse you autocorrect!

I'm an idiot! Completely forgot about Taiwan Gun...

Yeah that price is ridiculous for what it is.

What M60? Hahaha

Near completed Battlefield 4 "inspired" US Assault/ Support rig
Happy replied to DEDSEC's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
Sweet looking loadout mate and it's not often I say that about UK/US inspired kit. I'm sure those bolt cutters will come in handy - we could have done with a pair at The Gaol this Sunday as one of our objectives was behind a door chained shut -
WE M9 replacement feeding lips - £3.50 from Milspec Solutions MK23 O-ring set - £4.00 from Fire-Support Finally getting around to sorting out my last faulty mk23 mag. They're easy fixes but just never could be bothered to do them. Edit: Received an email from Gunfire that they had actually ran out of mk23 mags so a quick browse of Patrolbase's website netted me a new mag and a silencer for my pistol as well

Maruzen also do a single shot 870 series. I had a CA870 and I absolutely loved it! Was very sturdy and was pretty much a CQB sniper.

And I've learnt something new. I've noticed that hop wheel before but I was told it didn't do anything. Cheers for that mate

Nah I have the much cheaper ASG clone. Only differences it has are a fixed hop up and not the same quality of build. The magazines are built to take green gas as well It's an awesome bit of kit and always goes to games with me. This and my shotgun are my "go to" weapons when I need something reliable.

Another mk23 mag from Gunfire.pl This pistol is now fast becoming one of my primary weapons at both CQB and woodland.
-
On the real steel weapon it controls the fire mode. On the airsoft ones it doesn't - I removed mine as it just got in the way.

Picking my ideal sidearm for a sniper load-out?
Happy replied to Comrade_Ward's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
The mac would be the one I'd choose - full auto helps when you're dealing with more than one enemy. But I agree with Russ, an MK23 should be in every airsoft sniper's kit. A brilliant bit of kit - very quiet and a surprisingly good range. -
Yeah that's what I use. I want to get hold of one of these though: http://gunfire.pl/product-eng-1152206694-CM352-Shotgun-Replica.html

Trust me, unless they're playing as the Terminator they'll feel at least one of the three shots.

I actually really really like that

Ive always used shotguns in airsoft for both CQB and woodland games - both single shot versions and trishot models. I currently run an ASG trishot shotgun as one of my main primary weapons for CQB. It's spring powered so I don't have to worry about it running out of power in game like a gas one and the shells are very cheap. The only issue most people have, like Esoterick said, is the pump. It's quite stiff so not ideal for younger players but after a while it becomes a lot easier as either the spring wears in or your body gets used to it. Loadouts wise I run this shotgun with a twenty four shell shotgun belt, a dump pouch, rubber knife, a drop leg pistol holster and a six shell arm mounted shell holder. This gives me thirty shells which is three hundred trishot bursts - more than enough to last even the longest CQB game. Mounted to the front of the shotgun I either have a flashlight or a laser - the flashlight for darker sites like The Gaol and the laser for lighter ones like The Towers. Ammo wise I use .25 gram BBs as it keeps the spread tighter than .2 gram ones do. Not much of a difference in CQB but it makes longer range gun fights a lot more favourable - especially in woodland sites. Often I ditch the pistol and just run the shotgun as a very light and mobile loadout - reloads are never a problem as I have so many shells all over the place. I did at one point try a shotgun scabbard to use it as a secondary, but it was a nightmare to draw in a firefight. Now I just have a cheap carbiner clip on my belt that I attach to the sling point of the weapon - just as secure and a lot easier to use.
-
Can second the TM high cycle MP5K - a lot of fun. That said the rate of fire isn't going to be a factor as most CQB sites are semi only. Still a fun gun though.
-
The only problem is that the first one you've linked is very much a plinking gun for target shooting in the back garden. You might have an easier time of it in CQB but you're still going to be vastly outranged and outgunned the majority of the time. The same can be said of the ASG Franchi Tactical you mentioned. I had one and it only came out to play when all my other guns weren't working - which was very rare - or if I really wanted to handicap myself for fun. You get four shells of fourteen shots but I can guarantee at least two of those shells won't feed - they are very poor quality. Additionally the pump is just as tough as a trishot shotgun even though it's single shot. That said, it's fairly accurate for such a cheap gun - mine seemed to work really well with .3gram BBs despite the seriously low fps (240 was the highest it ever chrono'd). As a first weapon though? Definitely avoid it. You're best saving up a lot more money and getting a trishot if you want a cheap, durable weapon but you're looking in the region of £60 for both the shotgun and a pack of six shells. The only time I've had one of these break is when I've done something to it myself - e.g. half racking the pump or slam firing it.

Any cyma AK is well within your budget and have a reputation for being pretty bomb proof. I have one and it's survived everything thrown at it - including being used as a loaner gun on a number of occasions. Only downside is they shoot too hot for most sites (370 or so) so will need a spring downgrade to be used. Here's one that is railed as per your criteria: http://www.taiwangun.com/en/cm-520-cm?from=listing&campaign-id=19 As for the "Russian style" loadout your going to need to be more specific. For a generic modern Russian loadout then: Gorka + Smersh rig is a fairly good base for a Russian look. If you're after a specific look then find a picture of it and use it as a resource for finding matching gear. Be warned, Russian gear isn't cheap in comparison to "regular" Western gear. For a very cheap loadout then a KZS/KLMK over suit with a chicom chest rig won't set you back more than £50. Edit: Link added.

Talbert violated me with that thing at The Gaol's milsim event. If you bring it this Sunday I may have to just sit in a dark corner and cry haha
