What is with people sitting on an item you've bought and paid for over a week ago and getting all pissy when you open a dispute via PayPal against them when you discover they haven't even bothered to send it yet?
Like fair enough of you're busy but come on. You can make time or at least give me the courtesy of telling me it will be delayed or something..
Am I the only dude who ships stuff within a day at the most of payment being receieved?

@Robert James I do exactly the same with regards to tracking and pictures and a text/message to say its been delivered and can they confirm it arrived in good condition etc! joys of ten years in logistics!

Like fair enough of you're busy but come on. You can make time or at least give me the courtesy of telling me it will be delayed or something..

If you're lucky enough to have the time to get to the post office next day that's good, I know in myself I try to get things posted as quick as possible but unfortunately work limits my time in getting places and I wont use couriers like MyHermes etc that collect from you as they are generally shit. My rule of thumb is to let the person know before any payment is made that I wont be able to post till I can get to the post office (time frame is given say one or two days), If I cant get there when planned I offer a slight discount, include some bits and pieces from my patch/sticker drawer as a good will guesture or ask someone else to get it there for me. Generally anything over 5 days and I'd say someone is taking the piss.

Exciting times ahead.. New paintball site opening 6th April in Cuffley, herts (north london) a friend of my father in law. He is very much open to Airsoft events/game days, 65 acres of playing area. Lots of building work going into it.
I'll post a thread later to see what interest there is for private games etc but prices are really competitive with BBQ and after event beer on offer. Possibility to do weekend games twice a month as well -

I remember reading something about .209g blank adapters on here and someone posted a link to a 2-pack. I cant find that post now, anyone know where it was from? Some machine shop if I remember correctly

I can see exactly where you are coming from @Robert James but as we have a high number of rentals on pretty much every game day anything like this is teaching bad etiquette, we as a site have a duty of care to all players that are on site and as such any serious H&E issues are dealt with very seriously. The potential for that to have gone very wrong was there but it wasn't just the act its self it was the attitude towards it and the trying to lie his way out of it that added to the issue. Any number of things could have gone wrong here so that's why we came down harder than just a telling off.

pull the trigger but his mate batted the gun away fraction of a second before from what I saw.
Exactly @Druid799 the RIF was loaded and the selector was on fire so regardless of hitting the guy, the gun was point blank give or take an inch

Well like i say he tried to lie his way out of it even trying to tell me i didn't see what I saw. Just goes to show that some people really aren't mature enough for the sport. Not sure on his age but was old enough to play but working the chrono each game day does make me think the age limit for the sport should be increased to 16+ nation wide however unpopular that is.

I would have been slightly less aggravated by it but when I got back to the safe zone and discussed it with the owner on site for that day and the lead marshal turns out he had tried to spin a completely different story to what had actually happened. When questioned about it again he back tracked as I was standing there. It wasn't just the act itself that got him banned by also lying and then trying to argue all three of us at differing times about it. Generally we are quite laid back but as i said before when it comes to safety and especially other players safety unfortunately there are very few second chances.
I'm assuming by your comment about surviving you meant their vision/eyeball?
