Think you can block negative feedback peeps but not zero. Any bad payers or neg tossers make a new account Presto now they can bid/buy/scam you again. It has got a joke and nowt you can do about it

eBay now side with buyers and scammers I tend not to bother - been messed about too much plus 2 bastid buyers tried very hard to scam me I just rather keep or bin stuff now

I think they use Alipay, which is a chinese verison of PayPal. I've recently integrated Alipay in to the website at work for China release and saw nothing about disputes or protection
