Seriously. They put in the description something like "because of the fact that the real steel versions use the same coloured frames, these are to be sold as RIF's." I think they've updated it now. Was pretty funny at the time.

The G&G is a fabulous gun, the ICS is also good too. I'd go for the G&G as it has a better finish and the performance is very good.

I'm certain that WE make mock salient arms slides / outer barrels for their Glocks.

Piston's fudged, gears are fine.

It's easy, take the inner barrel out of the hop up, take the bucking off the barrel and replace it with a new one.

Bucking is probably worn down.

Holy necropost batman! Nope, you'd be better off swapping the L86 for a L85, or something smaller.

You'd be better off selling one of the pistols and using the money for a AEG, ideally a CM16.

At one point Actionhobbies were selling WE Big birds (with blue frames) as RIF's so that isn't all surprising.

AEP 1911's are slightly fatter than real steel so it can fit the gearbox. So if you have a dedicated 1911 holster, it won't fit. Cyma AEP Desert eagles are great, they seem to have a greater rate of fire than other models for some reason.

You can't because the barrel is one piece and the rail system is molded into the receiver (I think?)
