The MWS is as we know an efficient design, as such it does not need a lot of lubrication. Unlike crap GBB designs where there is a lot of excess venting / gas blowby which dries out the BBU/piston seal. This is the reason lots of people run these on propane with great success. Mags always need to have pressure inside to maintain seal function / lubrication. As for servicing of mags - if they are leaking - strip them down, clean them out, check seals for damage and bloating, check all seal mating faces for scratches or debris. Coat the seals in quality silicone oil and reassemble. PTFE is not required / advised. Gas the mag up like 50% and check for leaks. Silicone grease the piston seal, everything else should be dry, or metal on metal lubricated (Wurth dry grease or gun oil) If you are not using the gun for a while then had the mags with suspended oil gas.

If you can hop 0.3s then 0.32s shouldn't be an issue. I mean if I made BBs I'd go up in 0.06 steps, any less than that is marginal

I can only comment on personal experience - a UAC Aluminium bolt with HSB Spacer will make for a very fast cycle. You may need to unscrew your buffer tube 1 or 2 turns to make the bolt catch reliable.

The risks involved with running? ? Well happy with the little PPQ i got of late for the smae purpose - just waiting on some brass rod to arrive so i can mod all the gas fill valves to hopefully sort the one problem with it.

Yes its the Madbull one, nicely made, you need to drill through the bolt ring if you want to retain a dummy gas tube though. Actually going for a bigger gun, aiming for a MK12 Mod 3 if you will, i notice Daniel Defense and BCM sell these and are in use in theatre. Heres a mock up - need a higher scope mount and to sort the 18" barrel out properly. Oh if anyone has a spare original MWS M4A1 barrel they dont want please DM me

The Recoil really isn't that harsh, if at least give it a punt. ACM sights are so hit-n-miss (excuse the pun) it might be just fine.
