I was the same, have a small LiPo bag, but I recently got a 1/8 RC car and they are BIG LiPos, came across that box and thought it would be sensible to put them all in there for storage and transport
The Modify Tan is great for sub 350 fps, but its improved performance comes at the cost of reduced lifespan - it performs better because it is made from a softer material.
They do also suffer from QC issues from time to time.
The standard TM bucking is in my eyes the best available.
@SeniorSpaz87 go away you're not allowed to play anymore ?
Seeeing as there aren't any pics of proof required... I've got GPMG, an Apache in the post, and last one I promise a AC 130H ?
Oh what a twat, yes i get you know, that must be sick-stick aka minority report, not sure why youd need an optic on that but yeh!
At least you didnt get called in to the local constabulary under caution! like someone ?
Apologies, yes of axis you easliy lose sight picture, think the main reason for that isnt the mag but the small objective lens diameter
WTF is the show hunter line about!? ?
Ive got a Leupold 3.5-9x, eye relief is insane, i would have thought itd be pretty damn good on that, you sure somethings not right / not adjusted right?
PS what are those pictograms on the packaging lol!?
It snot an SSX tho, its a TM MK23, a tatty / messed about box, unknown condition, missing LAM, H arm is peanuts, barrel and hoslter ok but still dont add up to that with one mag used, taped yada yada.
I must agree an OE 416 and a good ol CQBR are my fave ARs
Been working on this still ongoing project the past 2 months and I feckin love it, going to be my MBR/jungle gun.
Been getting it upto date with the latest 'real steel' G36C upper rail machining.
Makes it all feel a lot lighter visually I think.
The existing anodising will need to be blasted or dipped and removed before the new coat can be applied.
The striping will REMOVE material
Anodising will ADD thickness.
The finished difference will be negligible and have no affect on function.
I would advise getting it HARD anodised, this is is thicker and tougher than normal, it is usually a dark grey colour which is very professional.
Anodising thickness is microns
Making it so the pull doesn't make me feel nauseous, once I'm past that point I can happily own it, rather than holding it at arms length and walking towards the nearest bin ?
Hopefully 2 stage, loading and felt under the finger ready to fire.
Plus some other goodies.
