I'm sure TM have been intently reading this thread and as such will be announcing a GBB Hi Power at next week's Shizuoka Hobby Show. It's on my vision board ha.

Well if they are I will take a GBB upgrade to the MAC10, same as the mp7 please...

  2. Any site that plays semi only but allows hpa spam at a faster rate than most stock ages on full auto are just stupid. Same with the sudden aversion to tri-shots or gas shells. I had a site the other day tell me no moscart's at close range. The old mosquito mould 180's that are probably older than some players. Where else are you supposed to use them? You could probably throw a hand full of ammo harder but no, that's over kill. 7 rounds to the face though at dead on the limit in semi auto... Rock on!

I don't care about trigger spam, that's how they have set up the gun. If they want to use that then groovy. What I do care about is a level playing field. If they are going to do that then the opposing player should be able to light them the fuck up.

  3. On the subject of disability there was a player at awa (didn't get his name unfortunately) who played in the woods in a wheelchair. I saw him fall sideways off a pallet bridge once when his wheels slipped on moss. I watched him throw himself out the chair to the ground and pull the chair Infront of him as cover. I watched a complete wanker call this out as cheating, no seriously... He can't do that! He's using his wheelchair as a shield!

Great attitude and had a blast.

Everything has a work around if you speak to the site. But I'm sure there will always be that one dick that claims somehow it's an advantage.

  4. The only thing that really interested me was the magazine system. The ca microgun takes a moment to reload down the centre A quick change magazine is handy. To me given the shape, it's begging to be under mounted on a full size minigun.

  5. One thing to consider though... If they are producing another run of the original M60, they normally have a rather comprehensive range of spares. So if you wanted a proper hanger bracket and trigger group for the A&K it may be available. Not cheap, but cheaper than buying a full gun!

  6. The LCT box mags on the original is rather lacking. It's basically an M16 hicap with an electric winder. The gun is beautiful and perfect for living history groups or vehicle decoration. It shoots like any other AEG. The simple fact is the A&K will out shoot it and keep chugging along for thousands of rounds. The LCT needs more of a bust as the magazine can't really keep up. So will I be picking up an long E3? Probably yes because it will plug a historical gap and will look fantastic. Would I buy one as the best option for a support gun? Nope.

Although I hate the fact the E3 is now considered a historical gun. Shit I'm getting old.

  7. Ha! Tactical carbine! That was my brothers first gun about 20 years ago as you say. It's a nice gun but a 20 year old armalite is not especially valuable as things have moved on. The receiver will still have the two little pins in the top to keep it aligned and such.

    Around £120ish

The MP5 though, if that's the B&T model with the hop behind the ejection port... That might be quite desirable.

    About £150ish

That old claw mount on it is desirable as well, especially with LCT and VFC making vintage H&K rifs. You'd probably get £40 for the mount.

nice rifs but not especially valuable

  8. On mine I noticed a bit of flash on the hop rubber. I removed it (it just pulls off) and cleaned it up. Now it shoots as well as any WE pistol on a .25 with a very surprising range! I also picked up a threaded barrel from KY Airsoft so you can fit a tracer or small suppressor. It's probably shot more ammo being passed around at the start of games than by me.

  9. Actually it's shooting fine, I'm not worried about the mechanism. It's more the actual body assembly for things like O rings and screws I was after. I have a few different 60's and the TOP scores big in one area, no box mag for that ammosexual look 😂

Was I one of the only people told to minimise neck/head movement when assisting any kind of vehicle incident and to not remove helmets? What the fucky wucky? I thought this was common knowledge but I guess not.

Ha! I would assume the training is still the same with people practicing a log roll if absolutely necessary.

Basic first aid kit for game days with a couple of personal augmentations. Like some Mr Bump plasters for people particularly being a pussy.
