What weight bbs are you using may I ask? I figured in a drum nothing more than 0.28s? And more importantly which gas are you using for the drum?

That’s what my MK23 can do. The AAP is here just for giggles 🤭 to be fair. It’s gonna be my HPA experiment at some point 🙌🏼 Incidentally out of all my pistols I use my HK45 as my preferred backup. Has anyone used a CNC H plate in their hop unit similar to what you can do with the MK23? I also have a Modify Tan hop which many people use on the MWS which I believe is 60-65 degree and that's a really good rubber so I've been told. Ahhhh ok that could explain why at 40m it was all over the place. Is the stock hop unit ok then?

@MadMole any chance you can send me a copy of that chirp file. Taking that one step further other than that chirp program I’ll need a programming lead to program the frequency map right? So if the site has a business use license what’s the legal frequencies we should use? cheers

I’ve come to the conclusion the stock hop rubber is utter pants. The consistency between each shot is like Dolly Parton jumping up and down on a trampoline. Time to swap it out for a Sniper Mechanics Pink Flamingo 50 degrees rubber. I also have a spare H-Plate which I bought for my MK23 but don’t need to install it in the 23. Am I right in assuming it will work with the AAP’s stock hop unit?

Hey Gothic, Looking at that MWS adapter it seems you stick a loaded magazine into the bottom of that adapter right? If so you are gonna have about 12 inches of magazine sticking out of the MWS.. A std MWS mag is approx 7 inches and the magwell is approx 2.5 inches. So if you stick a mag into the bottom of that adapter then the length of that mag plus the length of the adapter mag will surely make the MWS look a tad strange to say the least in addition making the handling of the MWS awkward?

My TM 417 (tuned by a Scottish chap) can hit a zit on someone’s nose at 80m. How do I know this? I paced 80 large steps to a tree and then fired at it. Oh the zit was the size of Captain America’s shield. 🤷🏻‍♂️ 😂😂😂 It’s not impossible. It can be done with the right tuning. But at the end of the day the laws of physics apply.

I don’t believe there is an adapter for the MWS (one of those TAP airsoft ones). The only way is if you tap each MWS mag I believe.

I think a few of the chaps above have answered your question I do have a few TM's, probably more than I need to be honest, and I will be slimming down my collection so selling off my SOPMOD and my 416D when I get my finger out...They will pay for the MP5 so I'll recycle the money I have invested. But going back to TM's they just work out of the box and a stock TM will easily chuck a 0.28g 50-55m with good groupings. And swap out the spring guide and wallop 5-10fps increase! and if you are feeling brave then a TB barrel and a purple prommy hop and you are looking at another 5-10 fps... I do own a Systema PTW too though and that outguns my upgraded TM's marginally I guess... TM's tend to come into the country by one importer and then they are divided up between the UK retailers according to their stock allocation so I expect all UK retailers will get them at the same time.. But CAMO may have an alternative source so it's anyones guess...
