  1. On reflection I should of thought this through 😂
  2. I mostly run 0.28’s in my recoils and my pistols. The MK23 can easily hop 0.4’s but I save them for my DMR. I run 03’s in my MWS and PTW. For the AAP I’ll just run the drum on 0.28’s I guess or even 0.25’s as the expected engagement with the drum setup I expect to be between 30 to 40m.
  3. My advice is to buy new. The reason is that you get the 12 months warranty and believe you me when you consider the price of parts it makes sense. A couple of my mates run GBLS’s and they just love them. One has a gen 1 and the other a gen 2. I’ve used the gen 1 and I confess I like it. The gen 2 I’ll get to play with in a couple of weeks. Grab one from somewhere and have a play. You may find yourself hooked.
  4. In my defence I don’t strictly have ownership of the said item as yet. I’ve paid my mate 50% and the remainder will be next pay day. I’ll of course post a pic next month. In the mean time I need to work on my guns to be able to pick the bloody thing up… to say I’m excited is an understatement. 🙈
  5. Remember the shell suits we all used to wear in the 80’s 😂😂😂
  6. I need to stop logging into this place 😂😂😂 Is it a gen 2 by any chance 🙈
  7. I’m a self confessed bb whore 😂😂😂 On a serious note the MWS is an exercise in trigger discipline. It’s something I still need to work on.
  8. What weight bbs are you using may I ask? I figured in a drum nothing more than 0.28s? And more importantly which gas are you using for the drum?
  9. Damn it man. Why did you have to answer me 😂😂😂 Skirmshop here I come 😂
  10. 340 FPS? Eh? Really? What wizardry is this? Is that on a normal barrel length? Any internal upgrades ?
  11. I have 8 Mags in total of which 2 are still in their packets. So by the power of mathematics I run 6. On reflection I should sell the other two lol
  12. That’s what my MK23 can do. The AAP is here just for giggles 🤭 to be fair. It’s gonna be my HPA experiment at some point 🙌🏼 Incidentally out of all my pistols I use my HK45 as my preferred backup. I just prefer the look and feel of it. Blimey. You should drop AW a mail and show them this. This shouldn’t be happening.
  13. It’s the Tokyo Marui Airsoft Community NGRS/GBB/GBBR. Post by German Vazquez. I’d post a pic up but it seems I’ve reached a limit 🤷🏻‍♂️ . https://www.facebook.com/groups/TMInfoGroup/permalink/1203779930125459/ Here’s the link
  14. So now there are gen 3 MWS mags? What the actual #bleep#. There’s a post on the Facebook group if anyone is interested.
  15. Has anyone used a CNC H plate in their hop unit similar to what you can do with the MK23? I also have a Modify Tan hop which many people use on the MWS which I believe is 60-65 degree and that's a really good rubber so I've been told. Although I still use a Marui rubber in mine which I can't fault.. https://www.skirmshop.co.uk/tan-accurate-hop-up-bucking-1st-class-aircraft-rub.html
  16. Ahhhh ok that could explain why at 40m it was all over the place. Is the stock hop unit ok then?
  17. This is the CNC H-plate I have spare. I assume it will be fine for the AAP-01? https://www.skirmshop.co.uk/cnc-h-plate.html
  18. @MadMole any chance you can send me a copy of that chirp file. Taking that one step further other than that chirp program I’ll need a programming lead to program the frequency map right? So if the site has a business use license what’s the legal frequencies we should use? cheers
  19. I’ve come to the conclusion the stock hop rubber is utter pants. The consistency between each shot is like Dolly Parton jumping up and down on a trampoline. Time to swap it out for a Sniper Mechanics Pink Flamingo 50 degrees rubber. I also have a spare H-Plate which I bought for my MK23 but don’t need to install it in the 23. Am I right in assuming it will work with the AAP’s stock hop unit?
  20. Whooooop! 🙌🏼 Looking forward to a review young man! And don’t forget a video 😄
  21. Time will tell if the performance is on par with it's MWS cousin... I think that's where the anticipated excitement is
  22. Hey Gothic, Looking at that MWS adapter it seems you stick a loaded magazine into the bottom of that adapter right? If so you are gonna have about 12 inches of magazine sticking out of the MWS.. A std MWS mag is approx 7 inches and the magwell is approx 2.5 inches. So if you stick a mag into the bottom of that adapter then the length of that mag plus the length of the adapter mag will surely make the MWS look a tad strange to say the least in addition making the handling of the MWS awkward?
