  1. 30? I can’t remember what that even is 😂
  2. That's the cheapest I've seen them for a long time.... could be coz the £ is getting stronger again and we should see items get a tad cheaper.... Also I heard from one retailer that they will be getting a large shipment of Marui RIFs in the next 2-3 weeks. This implies all UK retailers will get a restock of these Marui items as they all seem to get imported into the UK at the same time.
  3. Cheers guys... that helps... thanks
  4. Chaps that black mamba kit specifies a type A and type B kit? What’s the distinction between the two? ta
  5. @RMDavishave you been playing in the mud again?😂
  6. I’m not knocking the modest markup it’s only 250% Besides, we all know Warrior kit is good. Let’s face it’s the next best thing to Crye in terms of quality and durability. Who cares where it’s made.
  7. If I’m reading this right the cost price of a Warrior DCS plate carrier is $40!!! Retail is about £140!! Hmmmm
  8. Oh I do like that slide and the barrel. I need that in FDE 😂
  9. I confess non of my recoils are standard coz well they are recoils and they are designed to be upgraded let's face it..... Conversely, I've never touched a GBB pistol when it comes to trigger internals and the same with the MWS trigger set as it's just something I don't feel a need to do as it's not a primary... I must admit I am though curious so I expect I'll end up fiddling with the AAP at some point.... (other than a hop, barrel and H/I key).. @PimanI do like that trigger though.. I wonder what will look good on a FDE AAP?
  10. That's all impressive, I'd have got my Dremel cutting bit out and probably would have cocked it up lol. That reminds me I need a vice and some new metal files..... anyway, back to my point.... why is there a need to replace the original trigger parts with these 3rd party parts? Durability? Quality? Lockdown boredom?
  11. So that’s what Boris was mumbling absolutely when he was talking about the roadmap in the House today. He mentioned Scotch eggs and pubs lol 🤔
  12. If I go prone I ain’t getting up again 😂
  13. The most important topic is beer! And the opening of pubs! Sitting in a beer garden after a game of airsoft nursing ones bb bruises and talking about all those non hit takers. Oh and having a nice home made pork pie with mustard as well with ones pint. (Apologies to Vegens and non-pork eaters)
  14. If we find out @Shamalis a closet speed softer we’ll definitely will use that against him 😂😂
  15. That’s an awesome graphic. But yeah I think 12th April too.
  16. Roadmap has been unveiled. So it’s either 29th March or 12th April for Airsoft. Again it will depend upon how the sites interpret the new guidance. And best of all normality to resume by the 21st of June. No earlier. OMG the light is there!!!
  17. It’s not a question of being in a lowest risk group. It’s a question of transmissibility. The virus sadly doesn’t do fair. Even those in a low risk group can carry it and pass it on. We just all have to be a little bit more patient.. The light at the end of the tunnel is there. The good news is that the vaccines are working and the cases are dropping. The trigger it seems is to get less than a 1000 cases a day. Of course that’s still a 1000 too many but it’s going the right way. Finally we will all be able to breathe again.
  18. I’m using a 50deg pink flamingo in my MK23 and it seems pretty decent. Although I’ve not managed to range test it properly beyond 40m as of yet.
  19. @PimanCrikey that’s a lot of upgrades. In fact that’s a damn good pic as it’s easier to see what can be changed and which brands to use. Looking forward to the build and the video review
  20. Personally I’m gonna wait till the vaccine is offered. I’ve been thinking about this long and hard and figured one may as well wait a little longer as we’ve waited and suffered so much already. Yes I’m eager to go back to running around the woods and what not but the mitigation of risk is what I think is more important in my humble opinion.
  21. Guten Tag, The big big advantage of the Marui Mk23 pistol is that it’s practically very quiet compared to blowback pistols. It comes with a silencer and when that is screwed on the sound it makes is like a ‘thud’. There is also a hammer sound but it’s not loud. The ‘thud’ sound is very bass like so it actually sounds like you are dropping a book onto a carpeted floor. It really is that muffled.
  22. The Warrior DCS is a lovely PC. Yes it’s got fake plates but you can take them out so lighten the load. Yes it’s pricey at £130 for just the basic carrier This is why I say for a starter Pc Viper VX is perfect. It’s light. You don’t overheat. And you can pick a new one up for £75 or used ones on here for about £45 as they come up frequently. Mind you the one on Amazon is stonking good value. Buy it. Try it out. If it’s pants then return it. At least you have that luxury. Almost a try before you buy
  23. Dude, get whatever you want. If you want a plate carrier get one, try it out. If you don’t like it sell it on. I have various rigs ranging from PC’s to chest rigs. I prefer the PC in the morning as it’s usually cold and in the affernoon I switch to a chest rig as that’s when we play the speed games As a starter chest rig look at the Viper VX it’s good value, decent and light. You can add bits to it as and when you feel like it. The more you play then you will realise that running light is good. That’s why you’ll see people wearing belt rigs.
  24. Ohhh Ohhh how exciting (is this wrong to feel that?)... I will expect a solid review squire...nothing short of 350bb's worth
