Better to get a M4A1 or CQBR and then stick a madbull MK18 rail on it. The TM one you can’t get the rail off easily as you need a special tool which no one seems to make yet.

Yeah that two tone just doesn’t flow. An all black affair would look better unless you camo tape the hell out of it??? The HPA bit interests me just from a technology perspective. Are out of the box mags not available or do you have to tap the mags yourself? Are there risks involved if you tap wrongly. And finally can the standard gun take the rigours of HPA?

The price ain’t the issue with this one as the pistol is cheap in the first place. However it’s that so called minor modification done to the receiver to fit a suppressor. Great Scott!!! So that’s TM’s take on a MK18 rail??? On the look of it that looks ridiculous. Why on earth would they design it in such a way that makes taking the barrel out difficult. There must be something which is missing here??? Surely they could not have been this dim too make it so awkward to change a hop rubber as an example? In a licensed MK18 rail that barrel nut locks the outer barrel in place making it free float but that does not seem to be the case here!!!! Really weird!!! Have you asked anyone on the Marui Recoil/GBB/GBBR Facebook group?

Do you mean this dildo shaped object is giving you a mare? I read somewhere to swap out the silicon knob end with a harder plastic end. I'm not if the Marui buffer end piece will fit into it though?

Bloody hell! I saw a YT video by Kicking Mustang using a HPA Version of this pistol. It was bonkers. He used it against non hit takers though ? This may well be my first non Marui RIF purchase. Whenever they come back into stock that is.....

You know what my answer will be regarding the purple prommy ? Different people different rubbers. That’s the beauty of our hobby and of course tinkering. I used a Maple Leaf in my MWS and didn’t like it and went back to stock Marui. Go figure.... Yet on my recoils I run purples in them without fail and damn they work for me. Still can’t hit anyone but hey ho ? Not heard of that one truth be told.

Don’t use Nuprol bbs first point. Either G&G, BLS, Geoffs or Longbow. Secondly be careful taking the from RIS off I’ve heard it’s a pain to do and some specific tool is needed. I’m not sure if it’s just the normal laylax wrench or what? It will be interesting to find out. Thirdly 390fps on 0.2 with Nuorol 3.0 wowzers.... mind you that’s not far off on me clocking in at 387fps on predator gas using a G&P bolt!!! I have an Angry Gun adjustable nozzle valve too. I’ve been tinkering with it and it’s now at that sweet spot where it seems happy. I’m getting 340 FPS give or take. Got it from Fire Support when they had stock. Although I’ve gone back to stock Marui and put the gun away till March now. I’ll probably stick it in the classifieds when I get my finger out.

Look a prommy TBB is an improvement over the stock Marui barrel for performance and accuracy. Period. There is no denying that. It simply is the way of the world. You will get a free improvement on FPS and grouping accuracy. Now you may as well change the bucking at the same time so it makes sense sticking a purple bucking or one of your choice. Of course don’t forget the nub too. So it’s cost £50 for the barrel, £10 for the rubber and £10 for the nub so £70..... oh wait £70 for a 10-15 FPS increase and better grouping? Maybe 5metre more range too. Oh bollocks that’s like 1/6 the price of the RIF! Where’s my sarcasm emoji???

The crazy jet uses a flared barrel end which interestingly Systema did for their PTWs in 2012 onwards. Improves bb flight it seems as the trajectory is more stable with an extra cushion of air. Check out the crazy jet blurb and you’ll see what I mean. And those grey squirrels... #ankers! They are digging holes everywhere and ruining my potted plants. Little pieces of excrement!
