Just bought a Baofeng UV5R as it was on a deal of the day on Amazon, but the clip missing when it turned up so might send it back but it was cheap as chips so might just keep it.

Way back in the past when Titanic first came out was sat in the coffee room in work everyone’s talking about it , one of the nurses (a particularly pretty but thick as pigshit one) says her new boyfriend was taking her that night . Few minutes later one of the girls turns to me and says “I know you wouldn’t want to see it as it’s a love story but you taking your wife to see it ?” Too which I replied “God no ! Last film she’d want too see , the ship sinks and they all drown !” To which the thick pretty one jumps up and shouts at me “thanks for ruining the film by telling me what happens no point going now !” And flounces off !? as I’m sure you can imagine there was stunned silence in the room with everyone just looking at each other then I burst out laughing and everyone else rapidly followed !?

So first game back is booked and of course “The Airsoft Money Pit” has opened its ever-hungry maw ……. New scope mount for T10, 2 x pairs of Bollé goggles, an extra battery (just in case), a new boogie hat, couple of cans of gas, a extra pistol mag, another pack of tracer BB’s cuss the two packs of tracers that I already have may not be enough ? I just happy I haven’t got my UKARA anymore (yes thanks C-19) cuss I am pondering a new Primary & Sidearm

@Mr. No_Face Cheers buddeh, am still a little vexed at my schoolboy error in patten but I’m gonna do another sooner than later with any tweaks needed after I run that one for a couple of games. I think those masks are mental !! I would to attempt making something like that but I have to contend with my spec’s but I think I have a “Baldrick” on that bouncing about in the nether regions of my brain

Almost done just ran out of green cotton but here is the “fabled” reverse bandoleer I’ve been working on-off-on, but I thought I would share and yes I know the MC pattern is not correct but when some things are on it’s not super noticeable

@Shamal She has done that one too, many a year ago I brought some flowers home and her response was “what have you done/bought now?”
Me : “happy anniversary!!”Her : “oh .......... I’ve left your pressie at my parents” nips out to get it
a few days later I find the receipt dated & time of the visit home, I do remind her now and then about that

Yup can’t disagree - Steve at ASW was super helpful when I bought my T10 from them - delivery was bang on too not forgetting the free packet of bacon fries in my T10 box

Heheheh @Tacklemight be a idea of asking/getting @proffrink to set up new section/corner “Sewing with @Druid799 & @MiK“ I’m almost done with mine, just need to decide on the back panel - solid or strapping, if I want to put a radio holder on the back shoulder and some place for a patch or two.

they are a scam matey it’s usually for £2.99 or something little and they link to a fake royal mail site you should report them ”Text message Suspicious text messages should be forwarded to 7726. This free-of-charge short code enables your provider to investigate the origin of the text and take action, if found to be malicious.” I usually copy the text you get and then start a new text to 7726 and type in the number it came from and then paste the message in and then copy it all again and hit send it will then ask you to add then number so I just paste the whole message in again - the number 7726 works for all mobile carriers

Three words Tackle that simply sums it up “Bored in Lockdown” Time wise : it isn’t taking that much time actually stitching it but it’s taken a wee while getting amongst it and the plus side of it is that it will actually fit me perfectly with adjustable options. Cost wise: since I bought most of the materials over the whole of lockdown this last year and mostly in “sales” I think I’ve spent like £100-ish on all those materials and I have enough to make another bandoleer or a full plate carrier, a couple of ghillie tops/hoods/gun wraps for my rifles which was the original idea but the reverse bandoleer has kinda taken over my first project

Yea, I’m finally getting down to making my reverse bandoleer since most plate carriers don’t fit this chunky monkey that well ;|

@TheFull9 Cheers matey, I thought as much but I’ve seen on tinterweb some plate carriers that don’t have a gap between the strips - not counting the laser cut panels - cuts down on the crafting by a third \o/

Just a quick question with regards mollee spacing Do the horizontal always have a equal spec between each of the fixings or can they be stacked up?

I got myself a x50 version and it’s bang on, the only issue I had was finding any flash hider’s or sunscopes for the Nikko bar chancing a Chinese knock-off from Amazon so I ended up making my own sunshade but the scope is bang on set @ x4 and 100 yrds
