  1. No! Dont encourage them to multiply! Theres are enough thread counters/fun police in some of the fb pages I'm in....
  2. Exactly this, with post and during lock down purchases, was thinking there would be a bargain or two but everyone is just 'no, its "new" there is no movement on price' Good luck with that
  3. If you could be bothered to put the energy in, leave it that long and the say 'maybe...' There could be one smile in the response from that
  4. Welcome! Unless you have a pretty good level if fitness you are likely to ache a touch on monday morning. I am told it is a good ache... As to the choice in bb slinger, try and get your hands on them, ideally both in at the same time it can make a difference.
  5. Is this the G33 (gsg Ares g33)? Thing is though, I quite like the look of thing, but as there is no local stock, not held the it yet. It is currently on the 'must hold before adding to the 'want list'' list. As to sci-fi weapons we have the CSI STAR XR5 https://extremeairsoft.co.uk/shop/assault-rifles/electric-aeg-rifles/misc/csi-s-t-a-r-star-xr-5-fg-1502-advanced-airsoft-battle-rifle-7/ Sure it has its issues but I think this was a tester (at least being watched by others) as to the markets demand for non ak/ar15/36 platforms. Thing is though, a significant portion of sci-fi weapons are energy weapons, where do you put the mags? Go down the mp7 (and others) route of mag in the trigger handle or bullpup it (and loose some of an already small market)? As to gaps, well I already have a significant 'i want one of those' lists of airsoft guns that are already available so I haven't looked into real guns that I want an airsoft version of!
  6. *opens another saving space within bank account* *opens 'guns wishlist.doc', adds another to the list*
  7. Its the same for the rc car with gun argument, if there are game rules built around its use then cool, but, expect salty players to either shoot it or tip it.
  8. I'll cover your postage for this. Thing is, I genuinely don't know if this was Photoshop job by the UKARA Police or if it is a product 'photo'
  9. For me, the (fully) upgraded just gets me scrolling on through ads, however not as much as 'custom stippling'. Some of the 'custom' jobs I have seen have looked like a child has got their hands solder iron.
  10. Thats not the funniest thing. A couple of ads further down is this, Looks exactly the same but for £100 instead
  11. So, I did get the chance to tap out a response from his latest message that was mostly threats. I wont waste too much space, my final comment was 'you can always block me.' Turns out he has! No sleep lost
  12. To clarify a couple of things, James (snake oil merchant) posted to a group before I posted the same screen shots. The Airsoft Rants And Bants Society is a (sometimes) breather from the normal posts that appear on other groups. His helmet made it to the arabs group and I have added a little there. What James doesn't get, is that should he have provided the info it wouldn't have got to this. I haven't posted anything he already hasn't. All of his posts, as mentioned get comments turned off quickly. Or indeed as he posts them. A little later when I get a keyboard in front of me I shall be responding to his latest message.
  13. Hi i'm Jacob and you I like to know safety ratings.... I am currently being threatened with slander and deformation charges. More to follow
  14. Drop in the fb group as well so we (I) can be part of a mass report. Concerns - no safety rating on lens - clear gap and angle between mask and lens.
  15. Thank you for those responses. In my work i figure i switch out tactical for operational. With regards to shotguns - everything is tactical! which means i'll just go for what i like the look of within my budget contrants It is, i guess different tools for each situation.
  16. What makes a shotgun 'tactical'? The pistol grip? The rail? Being stockless and in the 870 style? Looking for a secondary and for 'reasons' don't want to go pistol (yet) The shotgun has many variants but the main three seem to be: 'Normal' or standard, with a stock Pistol grip Sawn off/shorty Which is tactical? Its a mine field and google is no help, it just pulls up every 'home defence' article ever written. So what is tactical?
  17. Really? Holy bbs Batman! I'll leave that section of the hobby well alone for a while. Still, I saw something like this, a g&p piranha I think for about £170 will performance be that greater? This one sits outside of what I would pay for an aeg let alone side arm and i'll leave it at that.
  18. https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/gas-powered_1/tm-glock-34-build_i26496 More detail than the 416 that was on here but still not sure about the £325 price tag. Pretty sure you are not supposed to snort the tm magic fairy dust, and yet here we are
  19. If you are going back to a site often, laminate and carry dry wipe markers so each game can get marked off objectives spawn (if know). Tacticool advantage right there, but I might make it look like you are taking it too seriously....
  20. yeah big fan of the enginutity shown to get that map!
  21. Site maps should definitely be a thing. Even if it is just a line drawing with semi accurate directions and distance. The first time you go to a site, especially larger game zones, they throw all those names.....or they are pointing in a direction that the objective isnt in. Maps do a couple of things, lessen the 'regulars' advantage and they also make the site more accessable for new comers. Again this is the standard that CS set in me. CS's was just a line drawing that showed significant elevation, Ambush (Botley) to their credit had one up for use hours after they asked for feed back, did it in the style of rpg. Ucap have also started to publish their sites.
  22. Screw the content and intent of this thread it is all IRRELEVANT in the face of the Harley Quinn / catwoman piece in the back ground That is a great fun loving piece of art and I commend your taste! Also, what ever is comfy for you, as long as your eyes are covered
  23. A minor point on this ad but notice how the drum mag isnt in view at all, just the box...
  24. Last Sunday at Mayhem. Mine is wholly self inflicted, I forgot one, well two, of the golden rules: Wear lower face pro - got shot on the tip of the nose, my son has a fascination with it and keeps poking it. It stings. A lot. Buy a size up in boots - I was expecting these to wear in by now, they haven't, I guess this speaks to their quality. What it meant for my energetic ass is a big toe with a blood blister under the nail that I may or may not lose.
