How warm are the mags when you are using them ? it could be as simple as the temperature being low at the moment. But yes you should get at least a mag full of BBs from a gas fill. I image you've checked out some videos so are filling the mags correctly , which brand of gas are you using ?

If you want more range then concentrate on the hop . A decent rubber and nub will allow you to lift heavier BB's and increase effective range. As above, going stronger on the spring runs the risk of taking the power level over the 1.3 joule UK limit for a gun capable of fully auto fire . At that stage it becomes a firearm , and if a neighbour should report you for having a gun in your garen you could potentially be done for a firearms offence, If you do want to increase power then get yourself a chrono first so that you can be sure you are keeping it legal.

To be fair I've not done this with either of mine and havn't had any problems with bolt locking back on empty. But it's certainly an easy fix if you do.

I always take an aeg as well as a couple of GBBR's. Unless I'm playing a game that requires a spray and prey style the aeg stays in the safe zone. Yes I've had a GBBR fail in a game with a barrel jam, but I've had aeg's fail mid game too . I'd be perfectly happy to just take a couple of GBBRs to a game day and that's more a question of different size guns , MP7 and L119 so giving me play options rather than anticipating a failure.

Interestingly mine hated the mpa nozzle, all sorts of misfeeds, but I know lots of folk find they work well.

Mine get an RAtech Npas, 50 degree M/L rubber , Omega nub and Crazy jet barrel. I'have used red gas all year round with no issues but usually switch to green when it gots hot. Yep just replace things when they fail. I do have RAtech trigger componants in my 119 A1 but only 'cos I had them sat there not because the stock ones had failed. .30's work well

The L119 colection. The longs are aeg and the shorts are GBBR (WE based) . Need to revisit the longs and add correct buffer mods and nuts.

Can't fault either of mine. L119 A1 and now an A2 both WE based. The A1 has been my main gun for the last couple of years and has never let me down. Enjoy !

I've got the Umarex MP7, used it extensivly even in woodland games and can't fault it tbh. Shoots well on .30's has great range and acuracy and has never missed a beat. The only issue I'm aware of relates to the mag catch, a mate got one the same time as me and it would drop a mag randomly. We put a new catch in it and it's been spot on ever since. TBF patrolbase offered to replace it but was an easy job so not worth returning it.

It probably is, but having done a few WE Glocks I'd just get the hop wheel, I key 50 degree rubber and a Crazy jet barrel. I've used a M/L hop unit now and then and tbh the stock one with the M/L bits fitted is just as good.

That's pretty much it, i find that using my thumb on the hand holding the mag to press the adapter down does the job. Needs to be angled at about 45 degrees, but this works well for me . I find that 8 pumps of the loader is 28 BB's which is what I load my mags too rather than ram them full. I take 5 mags and the speedloader out for a game and refill empty mags during any lull. My WE based L119's get a good 2 BB loads for 1 gas fill .

I fear you might struggle. That hand guard sits much further back than on a 'normal' M4 platform . Usually you would see the upper past the ejection port cover . Is there a removable barrel nut ? You can see the difference in the fromt end of the upper in this picture, there is a lug for the dust cover rod and the front of the upper sits above the front body pin hole. What is it that you don't like about the existing hand guard ?

I've goy HAO lock rings for these , used one on my GBBR A1 too, along with a real steel mag catch for the A2

Well. I've been on the waiting list for close to a year, but I know Jim does a great job on the whole thing so I'm happy to wait. The actual time they were away was about a month , but they were ready before Christmas I opted to wait untill this week to have them sent back though. He did the full trades, receiver mods on the uppers and turned down the threads on both buffer tubes.

Receivers back from machining and engraving for a mate's L119 A1 build and my A2 build. Both WE based GBBR's. LC's have done their usual awesome job.

On the barrel and bucking front I fit Maple leaf crazy jet barrels to all my GBBR's with a M/L 50 degree bucking and usually an Omega nub.

From how it's shown on the blow up I don't think it is . Looks too long tbh , almost looks like it should be a grub screw. Is the hole in 128 threaded ? Wondering about part 134 Pretty sure 127 secures the hop unit into the reciever. Just looked at my WE G3 with what is essentially the same mag catch and there is a grub screw securing those parts together. On mine the hole for the grub screw is pointing downwards
