Recently picked up a E&L AKS-74un MOD C, pretty pretty gun

BOLT AKS-74u, I loved it for the recoil and how it looked other than some inaccuracies but then the problems began, when I wanted it to work it didn't feed properly, then the rust started and no matter how much I looked after the damn thing with oils and all that damn stuff it continued to have numerous problems with rust, then using it in one game my sling fell loose and upon inspecting the gun the front sight had completely done a 180 and was completely loose. Absolutely livid...

I guess I'm joining the fun train of extremeairsoft, waiting for my vector magazines and the tracking keeps coming up with "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference number. Please try again tomorrow." Problem is it's been tomorrow 4 times in a row. I guess I'm going to have to phone them?

It was the weird plum handguard one, the front iron sight was completely left, rear sight block canted right and they hadn't even put the rear sight in the middle of the dust cover , it was bolted on offset. I cried when i first looked at it and realised if I wanted to send it back it had to go to taiwangun 🥲

I guess I have to get a kalashnikov shrine and pray that nothings canted on the damn thing, I don't think I can mentally go through it again after what I did to my poor CYMA 74u 😂

So I've decided to go for an AKS 74u again, in the past I've gone through a CYMA AKS that had some terrible external quality out of the box and a BOLT AKS 74u that at first I loved until everything slowly fell apart on me and came loose. I've been looking at getting an E&L because of the quality but through my own research apparently they have pretty bad externals problems like canted sights and the LCT AKS looks pretty decent but I do see areas on the rifle that aren't correct to the real thing and I'm a stickler when it comes to that type of stuff. Any AK nuts out there that can point me in the right direction to hopefully my new AKS 74u 😅

I feel you, I take one look at an AK and suddenly the handguard comes loose and the front iron sight bents to the right or goes canted but I just want an AKS 74u that doesn't look like it's been assembled by an idiot or it's from Khyber pass 😂 I hate anything that has a drum mag when it technically shouldn't have a drum mag, come near me with one of those neon magazines on a 9mm M4 and I'll throw hands 😂

Probably my worst was when thankfully I was wearing a replica altyn helmet. I decided it would be fun to run as fast I could to the middle of the field as soon as the game started and tripped head first into a wooden wall. Got up and felt alright but promptly threw up a little bit after 😂 thank god I was wearing an altyn or it could've been worse

Ah fair when I get it all on again before I make my way to airsoft I'll adjust the straps, I was wondering why it looked so weird 😅

Probably going to sweat to death during my next game but eh, it's a bit of fun right?
