  1. I have seen them for sale on the likes of Octagonairsoft st £500. £300 is not unreasonable for a hardballer
  2. I wanted a Scar with Tokyo Marui build quality not much choice really.
  3. seconded.you'll need to print them as two have so that they can be finished to a smooth enough surface to not cause feeding issues .
  4. ah i thought that was only if you wanted the bolt hold open function. good to know
  5. just bought a TM Scar L and can't be bothered with mid caps can anyone tell me if there are any feeding issues with Lonex flash mags?
  6. BigStew

    Mp5's

CYMAs are TM clones perfectly good work horses but might be hot.
  7. i would put GHK some where between high and mid tier they produce multiple different models which were top until the MW came out
  8. for your price range i would say TM MP7 has the best performance and reliability, GHK G5 was well built but lacked range from my experience. MWS retain there value but can be found second hand but most of them will have been modded ( i personally avoid modified guns). for a GBBR you have the gun which should be cleaned and lubed regular whether you use it or not. you will need at least 4 mags which are generally around 50 quid each. other than TM all GBBRs will require modification to make the FPS consistent and site legal. GBBRs are massive fun but you will be out gunned at all times even in CQB but an AEG has less of an advantage as you will be shooting significantly less. you could get yourself a WE G36 GBBR for under £200 and use it as a learning tool.
  9. there is nothing inherently wrong NiMH batteries they are just old tech and have poorer capacity to volume ratio and their power delivery is not as consistent as a lipo as it discharges. the main issue is the the cheap chargers most Chinese made guns come with are not very safe. if you have a good charge there is no issue or a sufficient lipo for the Thompson can be got for £13.
  10. The barrel wobbles and no gas to test it, but i still like it even if it will just be a wall hanger
  11. elite shooting centre is your best bet they specialise in Tokyo Marui Hi Capas
  12. On top of all that has been said you are now going to have transport issues. At the moment many Asian retailers aren't shipping internationally or only using ships so it could take months fora delivery. If you can buy in the UK you really are no longer saving much by importing.
  13. same used parcel force well for all RIF sales never any issues.
  14. model of gun and build quality are my main concern when looking for a gun then price( not too expensive not too cheap).
  15. It's a clone of a clone of a Tokyo marui design a WE slide stop might fit
  16. Hello and welcome. If you have proof you have attended games already you do not need your UKARA membership to convert your gun from a two tone. Anyway to be honest to replace the rail and stock will be not cost that much less than a new gun. Suggestion is stripe the gun down and rattle can spray them black untill you decide which gun you want next.
  17. 2nd why? The TM is superior.
  18. shouldn't the spring guide and selector plate be black plastic then? I was thinking CYMA with the yellowish plastic
  19. Can't say for sure this is over optimistic but I think it will struggle to sell. My main question is why? I just don't understand buying a £400+ gun then replace pretty much every part.
  20. There are multiple version of the glock 18C are available, kwa m11a1, well mp5k. but you get an Auto 9 because you want an Auto 9
  21. i stand corrected in stock for £210. so £40 depreciation.
  22. i have skirmished with one as a primary in wood land.
  23. so a third hand gun that's 8 years old of unknown functionality has only devalued by 15 quid that's impressive!
  24. it's based on the older version of the KSC M93R but its an over sized hand cannon with three round burst its fun.
  25. Buy a gun to enjoy it do what ever you want to it. just always assume any paint job will lose by value.
