  1. with the metal upper AUGs are quite heavy. have you thought about a sub machine gun? MP5, UMP or one of the pistol calibre carbines from G&G? I just ordered the special edition ARP9 after having a go on a mates one. even with a drum mag its light. on the range i was getting accurate hits at 50m could walk the shot at 60m and max range was about 67ish
  2. Add on shipping and it's about £1.70 cheaper than buying new from firesupport
  3. so about £300 over new price https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/electric-powered/ak-m249_i31148
  4. airsofters can't tell distances most guns out the box will barely hit 50 metres out the box and that's a torso hit. TM are well designed, well made with decent performance that you don't need to do anything to. best shooting TM in my book is the M14 but then you have the CYMA which shoots just as well a third the price but much greater risk of lemon/ being hot.
  5. Cybergun just rebrand stuff if it's the aeg it's probably a kings arms Thompson.
  6. bang for your buck a cyma is a really good bet. Every Thompson is a TM clone other than the WE GBBR. i would warn the ergonomics are awful and the real steel guns were design by a big guy for big guys so you might have issues with stock length.
  7. It should be straight forward. Is the barrel able to move freely in the slide when it's off the frame barrel a guide rod would be the most likely culprit. Next make sure the barrel is seated properly before trying to fit it. Also can't see from the pics is the hammer cocked when you try to fit the slide?
  8. Just saying why the op could think it's reasonable. And that pistol prices vary wildly in the UK.
  9. i am sure it is but google search shows 3rd or 4th from the top £129.99 for the gun. 20 each the mags and nuprol holsters range from 15 to 25 depending where you go.
  10. depending where the op bought everything that the package could be £190/200 new but still
  11. Op has the goods do the right thing contact Taiwan gun. Worst case scenario you pay for a gun and Taiwan gun keep posting to UK. Best case Taiwan gun go thanks for letting us know we have already written it off we are all good. Either way morally clear.
  12. have you actually used it yet? airsoft QC is not good, performance of a model can vary wildly from unit to unit. 1st off give the barrel a proper clean. then next game day go to the range with some different weights of good quality bbs and just get set get the hop set with the ammo to get best consistency/accuracy. If you can hit centre mase at 50m you are doing good.
  13. It's not even September yet!
  14. They have not had it in stock for awhile I was looking at least 2 months ago (very annoying they keeps sending me in stock notifications for a BAR that is never in stock). Anyway the add 60 to 80 quid postage and fees and you are back to roughly £350 new.
  15. now this is kidding themselves £195.00 all in for a gun with no mag https://prefired.co.uk/ads/kwa-mp9-2/
  16. I am using mine for a Ruger mini 14 build
  17. where the hell can you get it for £300 new? i paid £350 for mine last month with a discount code in the UK. if you can find the mags in stock they £60 to £80 each. the only way you can get these for below £300 is from Asia then add a £100 for shipping a fees if it makes it.
  18. The Korth is ironically utter garbage can barely run a mag.
  19. It's a 20 year old gun design with a plastic body. TM armalites were always a let down.
  20. There is a two tone marushin 8mm M1 on used Airsoft at the moment. It breaks my heart.
  21. Depends if you ever want to sell it. Painting it no matter how good a paint job lowers value. However if you are going to keep it do what ever makes you happy.
  22. Congratulations I sold many gearboxes in peices before I gave up on trying to be a tech.
  23. Add 60 on for shipping and customs on to the price. 65 for the MOSFET, on idea on the silencer or the mags I could see all that costing £300 ish new. Still wouldn't pay that for a second hand cyma mp5
  24. Where are you posting from? it usually costs me £13 Just for a pistol parcel force 48. By the time you add packaging it cost me the best part of £25 to send a rifle pf48
  25. It's back still thinks it's worth £60 less than new https://prefired.co.uk/ads/custom-tokyo-marui-mp7-gbb/ . I offer £100 for it. just for the mags spare parts value but never got a reply.
