  1. Maybe Ptf tape maybe get seal kit
  2. Most of these are going to cost more to post than you'll get. I would just have a bring and buy sale the next time you are at your site. 10/15 quid each for everything but the sling which you may struggle to give away.
  3. I ran .25s in mine (it will hop .28s but it's a support gun so why wasn't money on heavy BBs?), it takes AAAs to run the mag 4 I think( they will last more than a game day). It has 3 individual hops, it can be accurate to 40ish metres, it can lob over 50 metres just don't expect to hit what you are aiming for. Down sides it's complex and the gearbox casing is a weak point so don't abuse it( parts are almost impossible to get unless you speak Japanese. unless they hurry up and release the Chinese clone), do not run anything over a 7.4v lipo battery, the drum is well built and reliable but it's not auto wind so you need to remember to hit the wind button after long bursts (unless you fancy some electronics work). After all that yes they are really fun and I regret selling mine.
  4. Early 40s medically obese. You can play at what ever pace you want. Till he moved down south there was a regular player that played on crutches on a wood land site.
  5. It doesn't need to be square but TM OEM ones are. Options are if it's leaking from the base plate is to soak the rubber in silicon oil it should swell up to give you a seal. If that doesn't work Google Tokyo Marui/WE Glock rebuild kit. If that don't work your mag casing maybe warped and it maybe case of Ptf tape or worst case it's beyond repair. The other thing to think about is a rebuild kit is 10 to 14 quid that will give you enough seals to fix multiple mags or a TM mag can be got new for £25 WE for £22.
  6. it's not rocket science and there are many many gearbox building tutorials on youtube. just make sure you have a back gun before you take anything apart.
  7. Cyma is pretty much the biggest game in town these days and have been constantly upping their game for the last 10 years or so.
  8. Gone completely the other way got sick of overly heavy belt rigs and switched to drum mags.
  9. I should maybe re phrase that a 30/40 FPS increase will give a small increase in range that is not worth the money/effort if you are getting 50m accuracy out the box.
  10. If your looking at a 7.62mm Cyma do several SR-25s which some come factory locked to single shot. For a bit left field there are single shot AEG draganovs available. I personally don't like loosing full auto capability so can recommend a CYMA M14 great range out the box looks like a DMR but no lose of full auto, no minimum engagement distance so no need for a secondary weapon.
  11. As has been said chrono it when it is set for actually use. Also more power doesn't mean greater range. Set your hop use your site range and if you can regularly hit centre mass at 50m your not going to see a noticeable difference by upping power.
  12. There is second hand sales section on this forum. For snipers power limits are often different site to site best bet is to check with the site your son intends to play at. I would do a forum search on the SSG10 many think there are better guns for less money.
  13. ICS sell a replacement outer barrel that has a 14mm thread. fire support might have them in stock. Other option is to get a die and cut a thread on your existing barrel.

    Ics pcr97

The gun as is in the picture £80ish the MOSFET makes little difference they're only 40ish new.
  15. No decent photos on my phone. I have an aluminium set of armour made by a guy in Germany couldn't bring myself to spend 4k on a Terry English set. My pulse rifle is a snow wolf kit fitted to a WE Thompson and a golden eagle m870 I still need to figure out how to plumb it at the moment. Before all no going near people used to go to cons with the UKCM http://forum.alienslegacy.com/index.php. now the cqb sites have started to reopen I need to get it out of storage and play a game in it. Either that or finally build my Mjolnir MK5 armour.
  16. Oh if you are going to order from KY get confirmation they have it in stock before you pay I am at month 4 waiting on parts from them.
  17. You also got volume issues retailers won't get a decent price break on one offs most wholesalers will have pricing tiers they would most likely have to order dozens of a particular Rif to make it even possible to have a reasonable mark up.
  18. has Krylon got their act together haven't used any in years the consistence was poor and very thin. i have used Halfords OD for Colonial Marine armour had good results.
  19. poor sportsmanship all round there. used what you want play how you want to play. however i have never come across a gear snob running a stock TM its usually something overly upgraded (stupid rate of fire and running a ball hair below site limits) that breaks ever other game but in the end if that's how they want to spend their money all power to them. As always the golden rule of airsoft is don't be a dick.
  20. back on topic I personally would not leave bulbs in mags for any length of time, but with airsoft it could wreck your seals in a day or stay gas tight for years. for the cost of a bulb is it worth finding out?
  21. used them a few times coms anti brilliant but the stuff has always turned up
  22. oh they will work i ran a couple with my TM 18c i just noticed a performance difference between the WE and the TM mags
  23. yes but it won't seal as well as a tm mag
  24. Seconded on the WE Glock mag
