THIS ADVERT IS 'UNCOMPLETED' - THIS MEANS THE ADVERTISER HASN'T BUMPED THIS LISTING, BUT IT COULD STILL BE WORTH CONTACTING THEM.

- Used or as new
As the ad says, I'm after a couple (or three🤔) AS-02 mags, apparently the AS-01 mags don't fit, but those from the 03 do. Let us know if you have any you'd like to sell or trade ? Cheers MarkNO VALUE SPECIFIED

The 'What have you just bought' Thread

I nearly got sucked in by an ad on FB last night, motorcycle dolly for about £40, nearest I could find them on eBay was around £200, all very professional looking until I got to payment, all direct payments, no options for Paypal or similar middlemen, thought fuck that, I'd have gladly paid a bit more if it meant I had peace of mind. Pisses me off though when ads are all over fb, you know there's loads that will take that chance in the belief it's on the biggest social media site, it must be legit lol😏 -

Da Fuq 😲, how do they think they can get away with that shit ? On the plus side, it'll go lovely with your loadout 😘😜 -
I was gonna recommend flecktarn.co.uk, but their Tru-spec stuff is showing out of stock☹️, might be worth giving them a call regarding a restock.?

Russian soldiers are now doing airsoft loadouts
Tackle replied to Dentonboy's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
LOL, they're definitely taking their hits, it's their bosses that are denying them 🤣 -
That's a bit like saying you put your car in for 4 new tyres, but when you got home you find only the front tyres are new, the back tyres they replaced with barely legal part-worns, but still charged full price. You wouldn't rate them on getting half the job right surely 🤔

Yep, in much the same way that anybody who touts themselves as a credible "tech" in ANY field should have, but the cynical amongst us knows that in the real world it varies massively, & even more so in the alternate dimension known as Airsoft lol
-
Do they not test their work ? If not I think they've used up all their "second" chances, especially given the time & mileage costs you've incurred, which technically you should be able to put a price on given their repeated failings. A courteous phone call, backed up by a courteous but strongly worded letter is your next step, indicating your unhappiness with the events so far, & that it's all now on them to put things right within a reasonable time frame, with no further costs or time wasted by you. Failure to meet your requests should result in possible small claims court proceedings for ALL costs incurred, including your time & travel expenses, as well as a very public name & shame exercise on all appropriate mediums. Its what I'd do, but to be honest I wouldn't have been as patient with them as you've already been, after the first return I'd have torn them a new one.

Bandoliers are great, I've often run them, they make for a good high speed low drag set up, especially if your bodyshape isn't ideal for belt rigs. First one I had was made by blackhawk, now discontinued but there's some good knock offs about, considerably cheaper than what your looking at, used to be a few sellers on ebay with multiple colours/camos, for about £15-20, can't find them at the mo but I did find this: https://www.carousell.sg/p/mud-brown-tactical-molle™-bandolier-sling-bag-1055799730/ EDIT : had a look at earlier topics re bandoliers, found this link on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/174606742374?hash=item28a75f7366:g:BrcAAOSwHHFY-Gfi

I'll be very interested to see what arrives, this site popped up on my radar previously, I just assumed it was bogus as fuck & no one would be daft enough to throw money at them😜😝😛 -
Dunno, you planning on doing a load out to match ?
-
Ksc G19, metal slide version, bought mine new about 21 years ago for £65, cleaned & lubed maybe twice, never missed a beat & nothing ever broke, loaned out loads of times too, replaced last year with an identical twin, keeping the old one for spares lol

Don't think I'd gain anything with NV, already got some awesome torches that will get a good "cats-eye" reflection at up to 200 metres-ish, even the very best NV might struggle to match that, shame really as prices are pretty good. Trying it all, splattered all over the local fb pages, large flyers in all the local shops & we've posted hundreds of smaller flyers through letterboxes, & continue to do so going further afield according to possible sightings we've had (last one was 2 miles away ☹️) We've also deployed a capture cage from cat protection league in gardens that think they've seen him, loaded with fishy food & a blanket his sisters been sleeping on. Can't get any of the drone mobs involved as they only do larger dogs, kitties are too small & more inclined to curl up under shelter when not on the move, especially as temperatures are starting to drop. I'm walking miles in the early hours just to try & spot him, which is agony😭, as I'm getting a new knee in november, last week I had an op in London in relation to my cancer, rode the 80 miles home 2 hours after waking from the anaesthetic, had some grub then went out looking until 3am, Dunno what IV painkillers they gave me but I was marching on like robocop lol, good shit🥴. When I catch him I'm gonna wring the little shits neck.

I'm down on the coast/Romney Marsh, so quite a large rural & desolate area potentially, hence why I'm thinking scopes with a bit of range rather than those infrared thermal vertical jobbies. & yep, £1100 seems to be the general starting price, tried looking s/h but there's feck all about unfortunately.

Hey guys, wasn't sure what category to list this thread in ?, but here we go. Got a lost kitty, wife's doing her pieces, loads of other unfortunate shit going on at the moment & kitty going walkabout is literally the last straw & triggered lunacy lol. Anyway, someone suggested thermal imaging kit, & I thought hhmmmm, there's an opportunity😏 So my question relates to affordable thermal scopes that could be utilised in the search for Woody the cat, & also transition towards Airsoft use if possible. Obviously I know shite about these, so anybody with experience of this stuff I'd appreciate your advice. Many thanks as always guys👍😁

Just spotted this on fb, definitely a contender for knob-itchs next camo pattern. Is it wrong that I'd buy it 🤣 -
I'm disappointed, got all excited to see what an SGR was ?, Turns out it's just another AR variant with tweaks, just what Airsoft needs ffs ☹️

Thank you Colin, I played a site literally 20+ years ago, fort Amherst in Chatham, at the time two brothers from the Reading area had secured access to running the site, nice guys who were driving for 2-3 hours each way, but had no idea what they were doing. The day was shite, more delays than I've ever experienced, which obviously impacts the playing time, which was also pretty crap as the game scenario's in use didn't work for the site. I could have packed up & pissed off quietly vowing never to go back, but instead I pulled them & their marshals, told them how bad it was & why, which they responded surprisingly well to, but then warned them that my thoughts would also end up online on whatever forums I was using at the time. There was no malice between us, & two weeks later they appointed someone local & experienced to run the site on their behalf, saving them a mental schlep every 2 weeks, & the site became a great place to visit with a good reputation, everyone's a winner😁. But if a site organiser is going to correct the negatives, he firstly needs to know about them, & hopefully hasn't got his his head so far up his own arse that he can accept constructive criticism, that's often the biggest stumbling block, ego's etc. 😏
