To be fair, airsoft gunz are a bit more complicated than nerf so when people modify them it can be difficult to help because the problems are often unique to that build. Rocketdogbert suggested to put it all back to stock and change one thing at a time. That's the only way to test really... It does sound like the reset actuator on the lower is not being pushed down properly by the slide part that is meant to activate it in the cycle. Abbey gas is really only for plastic guns like TMs

Welcome Harvem, Anything mass produced in the East can have QC issues. My SpecnaArms SA-E03 is amazing so I got lucky I guess. Sounds like you have a preference for the CYMA looks so go for that one. CYMA are one of the best budget makers so you should be fine. If it does have a problem then contact the shop for a replacement. First thing to do when you get a new gat is to clean the barrel. Often overlooked but there is almost always a load of crap in there from the factory.

Its an AEG with their BAW recoil system (Orange plug). (Not to be confused with the black plug version which has weaker recoil) Needs 11.1v to run and it has decent kick https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXCy8qvgxNs I might do a video of it

Lonex M4A1 BAW (Added XM177 flash hider) I LOVE this thing! The kick along with the sound is actually quite scary. (I just hope it lasts a while)

I had a generally good experience with them too. Bought a Lonex M4A1 BAW which was delivered quickly. On testing something went wrong and motor span freely (I thought gears or piston had stripped) I called to explain the problem and James said they would arrange pickup. Took a few days to sort out and then three days with no comms before I called to find out what the situation was. I was told someone would call back with info but that didn't happen. Couple of days later I called again and James answered. He explained he'd been out of the office due to car trouble and he would call me back after checking status. (So things don't run so well if James isn't there) He did call back same day but apparently the tech didn't find any problem with it. So he said he'd test it again and let me know. Two days later a package is delivered and there it is... Seems to work fine so I don't know what went wrong. (They did improve the bolt release button) Even though their comms were non existent and it took a bit over a week, (with no apparent work done to it), I'm generally happy with their after sales service. ?

Finally sorted out my A&K LR300 Good deal from Titano Store for £165 but needed some tlc to get it working well. (Was shooting 260fps way right and some of the screws were completely wrong type) M100 spring, Maple leaf macaron, reshim including motor height set on half shell, bearing guide and now shoots 320 dead straight ?

Well, since I had a few springs lying around I finally decided to making a spring power measuring device... Using a luggage scale you hold and pull on the orange hose fitting up to the orange line (piston length). The scale holds the measurement so you can read it when it beeps. Takes a few goes to get an average reading but I compared readings of known spring strengths with a friend who uses a slightly different method and our readings do correlate. I will try to find an M10 bolt that only has threading at the top to make the pull smoother.

They replied it would go in afternoon. Not feeling confident Thursday 18th. Got email just with DHL tracking number. Estimated delivery 24th Today 22nd Surprise package arrives ? No extra fees to pay!!! I wonder what would happen if customs pull you over for random inspection with a load of rifs? I guess if you have a UKARA/site membership card you'd be OK but would they demand receipts and a tax payment?
