  1. I was looking at a shirt in a shop today and the sales woman asked me if I wanted to try it on. So I told her she had nice tits and asked if she fancied a drink after work.
  2. Just saw the neighbourhood burglar kicking his own front door in. He must be working from home again.
  3. I've just made a car entirely out of magic mushrooms. Might go out for a trip in it later.
  4. 'Used as a target at the range by the local cadets.'
  5. I'd prefer changing a baby for a dog myself... Being embarrassed about her anal bleaching session, my sister told everyone that she was just changing her ring tone.
  6. Get going to games, and you'll find stuff for sale pretty regularly. Cold War Farcebook groups are a better source than Ebay too.
  7. Just started an engraving course. First lesson, we barely scratched the surface...
  8. I used to be addicted to swimming. I'm happy to say that I've been dry now for six months...
  9. I've used one of these for years. It's just foam that compresses rather than jigsaw foam. It's mainly for an HFT rifle to protect the scope from being knocked waaaaay off zero, but I've had a bayonet collection, broadswords etc in it too. I tell the nosy that it's case for a percussion instrument. Not as tactical, but at £45/50 about 20 years ago its earned its keep. https://www.napieruk.com/collections/shotgun-slips-flight-cases/products/aluminium-rifle-shotgun-cases-air-line-approved?variant=15046232113218
  10. I thought I'd hate this program about serious D.I.Y. blunders, but I'm literally glued to the TV...
  11. I struggled with the laundry basket until I finally dropped it. Newly laundered clothes went everywhere. My wife did nothing to help. She just watched it all unfold.
  12. I've had one of these for years. Slept on all sorts of ground and used it as a range mat for HFT. ALWAYS kept in the van in case of late night breakdown. Not especially wide. The lad once forgot his kipmat, and we had to share this one. It was a bit cosy tbh. I've had plenty of nights on a half inch inflating mat too, can't remember the brand, but it was bought for daughter's D of E many moons ago. About £15 on Evil Bay. Gave up on roll mats a long time ago, too bulky and they get in one's way.
  13. “Schools serve the same social functions as prisons and mental institutions- to define, classify, control, and regulate people.” Michel Foucault "I don't care, you're going anyway." Foucault's Mum
  14. Thanks! Typo edited. Temptation to go on about great The Roads to Freedom trilogy is resisted.
  15. 'Hell is other pirates.' Long Jean Sartre
  16. You're just jealous that I can fit through those pissy little Victorian loft hatches to get to the header tank. 😜
  17. Yep, a string bag hammock can fit in a pocket. I also have a Jungle Blanket as recommended by @Jacob Wright a few weeks ago. Bloody good bit of kit to wrap yourself up in. Weighs nothing, and folds up fairly small. Wind and rain proof too. Even comes in OD. 4D tarps are damn good, but the silver lined Ebay jobs lasted me a couple of years with reproofing until someone lost them.
  18. I tend to stick to Gunman filmsim or milsim type events BUT... I know who's going, and they're a chill lot. Any amateur RSM attempts are squished and the culprits either learn to behave or tend to drift away. They're great fun with the right people.
  19. I wear l or XL Oriental fight gear. I'm a 30-32" waist!
  20. When my 96 year old granddad was put into a home, it was good to see he still had his flirting game on at least. He approached this old lady and said, 'I'd love to get into your pants.' 'Really?' she beamed back at him. 'Yes,' he said, 'because I just shat in mine.'
  21. A 50 year old man found dead in a local park has been named by police. Bloody shame it took 50 years for someone to name him!
  22. No, but the filed selector and 'fet set to DMR would; if subject to random inspection I suppose. If briefings were more than words, safety systems actually honoured etc etc repeat ad nauseum... Can any fet be locked? Is there a non-programmable DMR fet? Would a site crack the rif open to see if one's fitted? Expect that you're right tbh.
  23. There are two types of people in the world, the bad and the good. The good sleep better, but the bad enjoy being awake more...
  24. I think Josh says that the lock must be 'mechanical'. Since a definition of mechanical is 'relating to machines' i.e. 'a piece of equipment with several moving parts that uses power to do a particular type of work,' I think you're fine modifying one with tape. I cannot believe how much thought I've just put into responding. I feel like Prof Lunn now. 😆 All you need is ultra smart use of a cable tie and a jubilee clip and you're officially Chief Forum Tech.
