But there are a very small number of excitable spunktrumpets who are incapable of or unwilling to play by the same rules and with the same good humour and restraint as everyone else, and ultimately the only way to deal with them is to make them some other hobby's problem.

These are the same people who play rugby just so they can make big hits and/or fight people. Or play Sunday league to two foot players.

Anyway, my airsoft day… didn’t. DMR is still in a queue to get fixed after eating the mosfet, so I got my M249 out the cupboard. That then locked up during my test fire meaning I need to take it down to unlock it. I took that as a sign and moved it to next week.

The most annoying bit is this would be the game to get my UKARA reactivated and I have a TAC41 waiting for me at Firesupport.

Would be interested to hear others thoughts on this, has anyone else had anything swiped?  I have always thought it normal to leave guns propped up etc. but now clearly that is not the right thing to do!

I often see and also myself, leave things against trees or behind cover.  Sucks that someone would do that.

TM USP compact, its awesome but struggles with .28s so mr.hop 60 degree and a crazy jet barrel are on the way for it.

Always had a soft spot for USPc's.

The KWA version was the first GBB pistol i bought. I would still be running it if i could find the mags (pre NS2 version). Tempted to buy a TM version now...

Already looked on Impulse101 and Echigoya and cant find them in stock, its so annoying yo have a gun you cant get parts for! Do you know why its been such a pain??

It's worth dropping the guys at Impulse a message as they will let you know if there's a production cycle coming up (as is my understanding with TM, they don't produce all the guns, all the time)

Alternative is go to the classifieds and grab a 2nd hand one and sell the spare bits you don't need to make some cost back.

Really depends which version of the 10/22. some of the Airsoft surgeon guns are $3/4k new

I had a google on this before posting - this particular one was priced around £450 / $600. Only change to it was the SS outer barrel. So it's a grand for a stock internal 10/22

I mean it tells me what I needed to know. It's pretty consistently accurate judging from the times I could see the BBs flight path and looks like a smooth and easy to operate bolt at UK limits. Seems to be pretty quiet too but obviously that's hard to tell accurately from the video, especially with his weird asmr voiceover. I don't have the funds to sink into a vsr or striker money pit build so this seems perfect for me.

The video that sold me (i cannot stand Sniper airsoft videos - too heavily edited, the annoying VO, the holier than thou attitude) was the Scottish guy doing a range test, that was pinging 80m targets out the box.

That plus it comes in around £400 with mags so is an "acceptable" cost if it is pants and sold on or to be used as a platform for upgrades

  7. I recommend using myfitnesspal to help track calories in/out.

The free version is enough to see what's what. Been using it on my long awaited cut and it (depending on the person) makes you thik about what you're eating- do i need that bag of crisps at 10pm or is it because im bored? Can I have a banana or some more protein instead?

It's a strange release TBH. GHK AKM is a well regarded established platform.  The only thing that holds it back is availability (at least in the UK).  Then again it is an all steel receiver which is probably illegal given Japans strict gun laws so I can see why TM have pushed ahead with theirs to satisfy that internal market.  As usual, an export market is a secondary consideration for them probably.

But this also secures the next 5-6 years of releases, as it'll be AKM, AKM with Keymod, with Folding stock, Space AK etc....
