Yeah fair point … I mean they always sell out so surely they’ll do more ? -

Had one of these in my basket last time they did a run of them, was sold out when I went to pay and I don’t think they’re planning on doing any more ☹️ -
Who knows … just going by what they said ? Maybe we’ll be able to get an AF-UK team together….

From Bergets own website they state that it’s not unheard of for German Customs to confiscate Airsoft weapons.
-
-
Yeah apparently the Germans have a propensity for confiscating Airsoft guns at the border ?
-
I did have a ticket a few years ago but the logistics are what stopped me, hopefully if we can get a few people together then it’ll make the costs and organisation etc a little more manageable.

Me and the team were talking about this the other night, would love to go in the future! Let us know how it is!

Is it a Modlite PL350?

Found this online, thought I’d drop it here in case it’s of interest to anyone! Be careful with your Glocks!

@herosharkfair enough that does make sense when you put it like that!

As others have said, it’s really a case of give a few different weights a go and see what works best for you. When I started off I used 0.2’s for years and just thought different weights were a phase ? Then I accidentally bought 0.23’s and discovered that my BB’s were now less affected by the wind and gave an increase in range. And now I run 0.28’s in my recoil, the velocity is low and the flight time is a bit longer but they’re consistent, accurate and can punch through vegetation at close ranges (oh and cheaper than 0.32’s ?). So yeah try some different weights out and see what works best!

The 'How Did Your Airsoft Day Go? Thread

Been looking forward to getting back to Gloucester Prison for a while having been after they first opened years ago. Really interesting site, great marshalling and no real issues with players. However, we all agreed that it was massively let down by the amount of players. No room in the safe zone so we were set up in a corridor, constant being stuck at choke points and in doorways. I’m working on a more in depth review, but as a team we’ll definitely be sticking to more rural sites in the future. -
I keep talking myself out of an A1 build, then I see photos like this and I’m like mmmm why not ? Nice A1 there NickG!

Further to my last; ended up in the Regal in Gloucester (Wetherspoons) trying to convince the bouncers to dance. What an evening. -

England vs Scotland at Stirling Airsoft

It’s Catterick FIBUA training village, so pretty big like. Would probably take you 15 minutes to walk from one side to the other? -
England vs Scotland at Stirling Airsoft
Jacob Wright replied to Guardsman394's topic in Other Events and Meets
So, England v Scotland is a different kettle of fish to all the rest of Stirling’s events; it’s basically one long skirmish. You drop your kit in one of two accommodation areas when you arrive and that’s where it stays. You can go back there to cook or rest if needed, although there’s normally a guy doing hot food in the main safe zone. You can take spare ammo and whatever you want out with you. Unless it’s changed, the weekend will be chasing after points based objectives (hold building x at x time to score 100 points) and normally runs from 1100-2300 on the Saturday and then 0800-1300 on the Sunday (my timings may be out but you get the idea). If you’re not interested in doing the set objectives then it’s probably not for you, it’s a fast paced weekend where the idea is simply to get points and win. When I went lots of people turned up and gave up in the first 6 hours because they got bored of assaulting/holding buildings and thought it would be more Milsim. I really enjoyed it, and Catterick is a mint site. My advice; - Bring pyro and plenty of ammo - Be prepared to be out continuously to smash the objectives -
Can’t beat a chest rig! Mine holds 6 primary magazines, a radio, water, and some bangs. And all for the cost of £30 from a popular online auction site. Pistol and spare magazines on my belt if I run them. Like others have said, it’s very much a personal thing, try different options out and see what works for you!

Or, just buy one massive Peli case? ?
