Hello All! I’m Jacob Wright, long time user of the forum and airsofter. I have also recently taken on the role of regional player representative for the East of England within UKAPU. I took on this role to support players within my region, and to give them a voice in matters that may effect them. Over the course of 2022 I’m hoping to be able to get around as many sites within the region as possible, so that I can meet, listen to and play alongside you. That said, I can’t be everywhere at once so would like to invite people to comment here, DM me, or email me on [email protected] if they have any questions, views, or other requests. If I’m not the representative for your region I’m also happy to point you in the right direction, or help where I can. As the player representative you will be my priority as far as UK airsoft is concerned, and I will do everything I can to support you. To play devils advocate, is it any different to WW2 German/Axis forces kit, any sort of Opfor loadout that is based upon a real force? Personally, I’d hold off wearing it for now as the events are happening. Maybe in a few months?

I actually have a Gen 3 and reckon it’s hands down the best GBB pistol I’ve ever owned, I just wanted a Gen 4 for you know … the collection 😂

Will probably need a bit more info than that for a realistic appraisal; Brand, any damage, what sort of batteries, etc!

It’s a shame because you can probably guarantee that someone is desperate enough to pay that, which then just supports the seller! Supply and demand I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️☹️

Getting back into it at Apocalypse Royston today. Swapped the heli-vest back to the Arktis chest rig and definitely didn’t regret it! Slightly disappointed by the performance of my P226 though, suspect it’s because of the cold! Question is; will the bucket hat remain in its position for 2022 or will it be replaced by another hat?

@Khyberglad you enjoyed it! You can’t put a price on a good day out! (Unless you ask the Mrs in which case the price is definitely half of what I’ve actually spent on anything airsoft related 😂)

Is it metal-bodied? And does the launcher work as well? I’d say in the £150-175 region maybe?

I think I ran alongside some of them at a Tier 1 game yearsssss ago!

I’d say £350 is a reasonable price bearing in mind what’s included!

Nice and simple today! Blackhawk helivest, battle belt with a couple of primary magazines on it and bum bag with remote pyro. Didn’t miss not having a sidearm, but it’ll probably come back out in the spring!

Another great day at Combat Airsoft in Thetford. No real issues with hit taking all day and most of our team were willing to get stuck in and play the games! Had some initial worry when the range of my rifle was nowhere near what I’d normally expect, but after moving to a section of the site with less wind and more trees I saw an almost dramatic increase back to the superb range that I’m used to. Me and the guys put some excellent flanking attacks on, only downside was I didn’t get to use my remote pyro as no good moments to. Seized up trying to get out the car, need to get started on my fitness again to reduce injuries 😂

To be fair to myself, in the 10 years I’ve played I’ve only once needed a spare gun.. and that was my own fault for taking one which I knew had a habit of not working! Believe me, I’ve got more than enough kit including a grab bag like the one you’ve mentioned which lives in my car. I’m optimistic that nothing will go wrong with the rifle, and if it does then I’ve only myself to blame 😂 they’ll have rentals anyway!

Off the top of my head, maybe ~£700 give or take as a package. From what I’ve seen, you may sell some of the magazines separately quite easily.

Packed my kit for the first skirmish of the year tomorrow! Am I tempting fate by only taking the recoil and no spares? 😂 Decided to pack light so I’ve got the rifle, plate carrier and a rucksack. No pistol as I reckon it’ll be too cold.

You get what you pay for essentially .. that said I’ve always found Cyma kit to be well worth the money. For £25 why not might as well give it a go!!

Is there any price difference in getting them from Baofeng Uk direct?

Put them in a pouch and you won’t drop them 😉
