I would suggest to the OP that you explain more clearly WHY you want our opinions on strange survey style in broken english, rather than just asking us like everyone else.

Just so you know, my malware blocker pinged when I clicked the "submit" button at the bottom.

Doesn't necessarily mean there's any malware embedded, but finish the survey at your own risk.

Na, the site is legit - used by quite a few large companies actually; it's just a dumb survey.

Yeah my anti-malware kicks off at all sorts. The comment about it being a rubbish survey still stands though
