  1. Oh the ignorance of youth... Pj n duncan haha
  2. Just buy wolverine gloves and go rago on the enemy!! Seriously tho. Some great advice here though. Have a fiddle with people weaponary next thurs at The Mall and see whats comfortable.. once you know what shape n style of gun u want then research makes models etc...
  3. My MP5K is perfect... but you didnt like using it.. Plus ur a big guy so a tiny gun aint gona do u much Stick to your russian gear and go for a AK with no or a folding stock.. or a brace of Skorpions plus nades....
  4. Theres reviews in the site section. One of the better cqb sites i goto although i can appreciate its not for everyone...
  5. In one of my earlier matches I was covering out a window, Lined my red dot up on the advancing enemy and was swearing as a whole clip missed, there was a lot of incoming fire although nobody seemed to be shooting at me................ didnt realise my barrel hadnt cleared the window sill and the incoming fire was my bbs ricocheting everywhere, 2 team mates behind me were pissing themselves
  6. 2 x lipos, charger, lipo bag and battery indicator.. Fed up of running out of juice at lunch time
  7. It certainly didnt fell any better.... not put off tho
  8. Had a go with a springer sniper last week, didnt feel I hit a thing with it. Wasnt keen at all. LOVE the idea of sniping, but felt (due to films n computer games) "If I could see them, I could hit them"... Clearly wasnt the case. Felt my M4 had the same range and power to be fair. Maybe the rifle was not zeroed properly, or I was just being a doofus (also highly likely) but I found it easier to hide out in cover and wait until loads of enemy were close by, hit em all by surprise with controlled fire and bug back to my teams line of defence and repeat. This being said I would love a chance with a rifle which was proven to work and be set up and zeroed properly.
  9. Totally hear you, for small teams it would be great. but with 40 players its not...... Would prefer to go to lots of other places now I have ventured further out, but like I say a last minute skirmish is still fun there now I know what to expect but wouldnt plan on attending again.
  10. Grerat day at Dragons lair yesterday, awesome site, shall defo be back soon!!

  11. Not completely bashing bunker.. it can be fun depending on the games.. Would much rather head to Mall or Epsom Tunnells. One good thing about bunker is its not a whole day like some skirmishes so for a afternoon jolly its great fun...
  12. Bunker is too small amd they have too many players. Not been in about 6 months and wouldnt care if i never return. Its split in half with 2 doors becoming choke points. You cannot advance through the doors as the enemy team has it on lock so most gane types end up sitting there wstching a door. Gung ho rushing is pointless as your all shot to pieces due to lack of cover. I have played games at bunker and literally not fired at the enemy at all on some games.. The Mall in Reading is 100 times better
  13. Never heard of it. In north london so its not too far so am also interested in feedback...
  14. Can I move in Cav?? Hahah Mine all currently stuffed in backpacks in the bottom of a cupboard. Literrally NO space to put anywhere else or display at all I live in a box basically.... FML
  15. Been 3 times now, love the site, lack of facilities is a gripe and out of three times only been chronod once. Even this one wasn't compulsory and guns were not marked. It seems a very relaxed site on rules and regulations with a lot of onus on people being honest and acting appropriately. So far its seemed to work but a bit more structure and a bit more consistency would be good as it only takes one twat to ruin the day for everyone and lots of people not knowing the place may not return. Games types can be hit and miss, had some great says, but many game type can easily end up looking the same, groups of players against regulars with knowledge of cover and much better firepower holding off everyone else and junctions for an hour can be tedious when your attacking teams get funnelled into one corridor and no one moves or advances as sometimes theres honestly no point attacking. I have sat out of games as they ended up a shooting fish in a barrel type game for the defenders and they become boring. The roaming type games are the best ones, small groups ideally staying together with objectives or against other groups is great, as people get picked off its very tense and more fun than 30odd guys hanging around a corner too scared to advance..... However as a site its great, the regulars are proper sound, John who runs it is very helpful and a guy called Bob never seems to be having a bad day and offers loads of encouragement to teams and loves helping attackers. Its defo a site we will keep visiting, yes like loads of sites it could be better, but nothing so far has put me or my 5 mates off going back so far.
  16. Me and my mates are thinking of this.. more for the social aspect.. camping. Bbq and airsoft.. cant be bad!!!
  17. AF-UK Newbie Members 17 posts Guns: SRC G36C GEN II CITRUS SPECIAL EDITION
  18. So I took the MP5K to Pro airsoft who told me its shooting at 280fps not under 200 like I was told.. Decided to leave it as it is as: 1 - I cant really afford to pay for a service/upgrade etc 2 - 280 fr a CQB gun which is pretty reliable and shoots well its not too shabby. Will leave it as it is for now, its going to need looking at towards the end of the year so will get it a service and try to squeeze another 40fps out of it if poss..
  19. Nice looking gun... Id think about a torch and optics if your using it in CQB these things would be muchos useful
  20. I like the idea, trying to do stuff under pressure and fire is an interesting idea, as mentioned it could be made into something slightly more relevant, a code breaker or used to open a box to gain "intel" etc rather than a childs game plonked in the site somewhere. Defo something I would like to see in the futre
  21. Thanks Dex, never looked into those, will check em out!! Bunker was booked, so we shall be hitting Epsom tunnels on the 8th now
  22. Hoping to book on Monday once all of mine confirm. We will be driving, should be space in one of the motors depending on whos attending.
  23. I would like to get into some milsims rather than skirmishes all the time.. Do you have any info? This thread seems to work haha
