Price/Payment: £450. Price includes postage and PayPal Pictures: Attached below I bought this from Defcon Airsoft this week and it arrived yesterday (18/08/21). The rifle is in new condition, as you’d expect, but it’s just not for me. I had ideas of doing an HK33/53 UKSF type build, but I think it’s just going to be to much hassle. I’m throwing in the claw mount as it won’t fit without modification due to the hump in front of the rear sight. As a rifle it is awesome. Build quality is fantastic. Does anyone know if the LCT G3 wide handguard will fit onto the VFC? I’m looking into getting the G3, but prefer the wide handguard to the slim style it comes with. If not, other than real steel, which I think is compatible, is there another make that will fit?

Yeah, this has been a problem for a while. I’ve noticed it particularly with GBB’s, especially WE’s. I’ve been waiting on stocks of XM177’s and M16A1’s coming in and they’re just nowhere to be found. As EDcase said, it does seem to have been the perfect storm. Hopefully things will start to settle down and we’ll get supplies through.

Update. Credit where it’s due. Sixmm have given me a full refund and didn’t ask for the suppressor back. All comms were via WhatsApp and were answered within 48hrs. One message stated that the WhatsApp account was a business one and all queries would be answered within 48hrs so they were true to their word. How much of this was down to me putting in a dispute with PayPal and how much was due to them sorting out their customer services I don’t know. But, a good outcome for me, so happy days.

Well, it appears my praise of Sixmm was premature as it turns out the £60 VFC M110 suppressor I ordered has turned into a £30 Ares suppressor on delivery. They’ve stamped M110 markings on it, which look poor and the ink they’ve used to highlight the markings has smudged along the side of the suppressor. But, worst of all, it doesn’t even fit the VFC M110. I’ve contacted them via WhatsApp sending all the pictures and received a reply from someone saying they are new to the company and will pass it on to the manager who will contact me tomorrow. It didn’t even come in any manufactures packaging, just wrapped in bubble wrap and shoved in a plastic bag. We’ll see what happens with my requested refund, but I’d avoid them like the plague.

I ordered a suppressor last week with Asia Airsoft via PayPal. I went to check on my order status a couple of days later and found the order had been removed from my order history. No record of it at all even though the payment had gone through. I contacted Asia Airsoft by email and was advised to contact via WhatsApp, which I did. I hadn’t made a note of the order number or received an email confirmation which I know is usual for them. I’ve ordered loads of stuff from Asia Airsoft in the past and I don’t think I’ve ever received an email. Anyway, my contact was able to find my order using the PayPal transaction number and everything was processed and sent out within a day or so of sending the WhatsApp message. They said in future I should order through the Sixmm website and the email that I received with the tracking details was from Sixmm. So it looks like Asia Airsoft is going to be no more and Sixmm is the new company. My order is in the U.K. so should be delivered in the next few days. Hopefully it’s right and intact. So far I can’t complain about their customer service.

Does anyone know anything about pew hub . co . uk ? (I’ve spaced it out in case it’s dodgy) I’ve not heard of them, but they seem to have the VFC M110 gbb in stock. I’ve not been able to find it anywhere in the U.K. and I’m wondering if anyone has experience of this site.

There’s any number of reasons why the officer didn’t fire, anything from not having a clear background for over penetration or a miss, to information being passed that it was likely a replica firearm. But that said, from that picture I think he would be totally justified in taking the shot. Although whether the IOPC, press, social media and 5 to 10 years of inquests and court cases would think the same is another matter. Massive credit to the officer though for the bravery and restraint shown. Stuff like this shows the stupidity of the laws around replica firearms in this country. You have to prove a defence in order to buy a black or realistic coloured airsoft gun, but you can walk into any outdoor activity shop and buy a black pellet gun which looks exactly the same. I can just imagine the comments from people seeing this wanting anything that looks like a gun banned, regardless of the fact that the only person who’s life was at risk in this situation was the idiot with the BB gun. As far as I’m concerned you should be able to buy what ever replica you want and if you’re stupid enough to act like this idiot with it, then so be it. Let Darwin sort everyone out. -
So, in answer to my own question, it appears yes, the Madbull Omega X FSP rail does fit without modification. The barrel nut is to wide to secure the barrel by itself, due to the specific TM barrel design, but I’ve managed to secure it with a spare O ring which fits snuggly round the barrel and under the barrel nut.

Does the Madbull Omega X FSP rail fit onto the TM MWS without modifications? Or any other make FSP rail. I’m sure it’s probably buried somewhere in the 180 pages of this thread, but nothing obvious came up in a search.
